Hello. Take Schwabe's Aplha-DP/ thrice a day after meals. The following yoga-poses will help you in improving your digestion (but don’t perform these on your own if you do have some medical condition which is contraindicated): 1.Pawanmuktasana: Lie down, relax and inhale, placing your hands on your knees. Exhale, and hug your knees to your chest. Rock your knees from side to side to maximize the stretch. Stay for five to ten breaths, and release your knees. Repeat this move a few more times. 2.Spinal Twist: Lie down, hug your knees and inhale. As you exhale, drop your knees to the left, using your left hand to push them down gently. Then, turn your head and stretch your arm out to the right. Stay for five to ten breaths. Inhale, and return your hands and knees to center. Repeat on the other side. 3.Bridge Pose: Lie on the floor and bend your knees. Keep your arms beside your body and your feet flat on the floor. Move your hips up to give your chest a good stretch. 4.Paschimottasana: Sit on the floor with your legs in front of you. Keeping your back straight, slowly hinge forward at the hips and lower your torso. Stay there for five to ten deep breaths. 5.Vajrasana: Sit down on your heels and lean back, placing your palms about eight inches behind you, with your fingertips pointing away from you. Press your hands into the ground, lift your chest and arch your back. You should feel your hips pushing into your heels. Increase the stretch by lowering your head behind you. Feel the stretch in your throat and chest. Hold for five breaths, and then sit up. 6.Balasana: Sit on your knees and feet with your legs spaced wide apart. Lean forward, stretching your arms in front of you. Then, keeping your back straight, place your forehead on the floor.

When I get headache if anybody talks to me I feel angry that I can't tolerate it. Why I don't know and I feel irritated.
Internal frustration may caused for excessive anger. You are in most of the time alone. You are not sharing your internal feelings to anyone. Suffering all the time and maintain struggled life. Better to maintain a very good friendly relations with family members and friends. Do not use any medicine for small problems. Bette to understand people mind set. Think about their side. Relaxation therapy helpful to untolerated thoughts. Better to practise. Take the help of psychologist. All the best.

How long can pregbalin be taken safely for back pain due to degenerative disc disease? how should I wean from/stop it? please can you suggest a mild pain killer that I could take, instead when required? I suffer from inflammatory bowel disease and take providac when I have stomach pain iam also allergic to ibuprofen kindly reply doctor thanks for your time.

Kindly wean off pregabalin. Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Paracetamol 250mg sos do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dear Raju, The diagnosis needs to confirmed. If in fact you have osteoarthritis then you need to be assessed for comorbidities and need to be put on an intensive exercise program with control of pain using safe pain modfiying medications instead of pain killers. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

1. Ciplox tz is prescribed for loose motion. If you are still having loose motion, continue ciplox tz for another 2 days. 2. Drink plenty of water with ors. 3. Take one tablet of paracetamol (500 mg) sos after food for headache. 4. Take rest. 5. Have bland diet. Avoid spicy food. 6. Consult doctor, if no relief.

I have a problem of calcification in Achilles tendon due to which i couldn't even walk properly. I have tried a lot of doctors but problem couldn't be solved by any. Is there any treatment for this disease?

Footwear modification is also advised..use of heel wedges,stretching exercises,joint mobilisation,u can consult a physiotherapist for this.All this should help.

Your heavy weight is the real culprit.All the pressure of our weight is evenly distributed between Backbone and legs.If weight is more our back bone is under continuous stress and gets exhausted after sometimes and that is the reason for your back pain and what ever medicines you take it will help only to reduce pain for a while but you will have to seriously think of reducing your weight if you want a permanent solution.

Hi it can be overuse injury. Apply cold pack for 20 min. Thrice a day for 5 days. Give rest to your hand. Once pain subside do hand exercise with smiley sqeeze ball. Still pain doesn't go and need further advice contact me via lybrate. Wishing you a good health.

Hello Dr. I had a stone in my left kidney. Stone measuring 6.5 mm. Three weeks back I under went cystoscope left URS+laserlitrospy +DJ stain. Still stent in situ. Dr. recommend for another scanning. Scanning result is 3 mm stone in lower portion of kidney. Kindly advise what to be done, how this stone can be removed. I am driving 2~3 liters of water a day.

This is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back(spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Hi.... First try to cure your stomach problem. .. Mouth ulcer that may be because of stomach problem. .. Drink more water. ... Avoid trauma and irritation to ulcer. Drink cold milk.... Avoid spicy foods. Avoid stress. Topical analgesic may use.... If ulcer is not cure than consent a doctor for further diagnosis.

It could be due to gastritis, food poisoning, stomach infection, worm infestation. Take over-the-counter antispasmodic medicine for it. Digene will be helpful if indigestion. Eat soft diet. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food. Drink plenty of liquids. Hope this helps u. If required, consult.

You may be having Computer eye strain commonly known as computer vision syndrome. .Please follow the advice given below. 1.Take a break- Use 20-20 rule, Take a break for 20 second after working in computer for 20 minutes and look at some thing 20 feet away. 2.Blink Frequently to prevent dryness of eyes 3.Use of computer glass- it optimises your eye sight when you are looking at digital screen and helps to decrease glare 4. Keep your monitor bright- this decreases flicker 5. Use proper lighting like incandescent light 6. check position of monitor- monitor should be placed 4-5inches below eye level and 20-28 inches from eyes 7. Adjust, screen resolution 8.Minimise glare- clean monitor regularly to remove dust and place an anti glare screen 9.Try massage or eye cupping- Massaging the area around the eye will relax eye muscle. Rub your hands together to create friction and warmth, then gently cup your palm over the closed eye and rest them 10. Take multivitamin tablet containing vitamin A,C,E, B complex, Zinc and antioxidant 11. Go for yearly eye examination

Sir, you have to check your b. P. If it is normal, do yoga with breathing exercises, avoid fan, cold breeze, use proper pillow, avoid deodarants, take proper sleepsleep, go for walk daily. Take mental rest i. e, in between /during continous work. Take tab dolo 650mg 1 for headache.

Constipation is a common problem with the present food habits. To overcome this problem you will have to adjust your food and other routine. Take plenty of leafy vegetables as this will help in relieving the constipation. Drinking plenty of water is also beneficial. Make moderate exercise a regular habit. Avoid junk food. To gain weight you should consume proteins and fats along with other ingredients.
