Dear lybrate-user, fever with chill may be due to malarial origin. If you get mp test negative and fever is still there then you can take few homeopathic medicines which are safer and without any side effect. 1-china off 30/ 4-6 pills tds, 2-eup perf 30/ 4-6 pills tds, 3-syp alfalfa with ginseng 2tsf tds after meal. And do follow up after 2 weeks. Thanks.

Pltake take one more ohrse at wekly interval and donot feed the baby or express the milk manually it will take 3/4 days to completely stop.

Hi I advice you to take more rice mainly basmati, take kichdi 3 days/ week, mix vegetables including potato, dal, protien like fish, chicken, 2 eggs any one at lunch. Chapati/ porotha, curd, cheese, ice cream, porridge, add ghee, butter on every meal. Banana, other fruits 3 pcs. Kheer, milk are all helpful. Sleep min 8 hrs. No stress, for breast growth you need good quality protien non veg&. Veg. Also you would v after marriage, child birth dye due hormonal factors. So no worries.

Definitely tobacco plays a very strong negative impact on the ones health both physically and mentally. You need to consume high protein rich foods like soya, soya milk, tofu, paneer, egg, fish, milk, cheese, nuts, dry fruits regularly. Also include soya, fresh fruit and a dry fruit milk shake in your diet on regular basis.

Hi, do regular exercise. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. To reduce tummy, lie down on flat surface raise your legs with out bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times. Can I do yoga and cardio together. First I start with yoga (10 min) and then cardio (20 min) is it ok or it is harmful. I do yoga because I feel relaxed and it reduçes my stress and worries, but at same I am gaining weight due to yoga so I started doing cardio after yoga is it ok will it helps to reduce weight ? 10 minutes for yoga is too short at least 30 minutes you need to practise for results. You can do ulternate day cardio & yoga proper under guidance yoga helps to reduce weight.

The scope of reproductive medicine is based on endocrinology, anatomy and physiology. Here are some things you need to know about reproductive medicine:

Scope

Reproductive medicine includes many aspects of human health and other factors. Sexual dysfunction, puberty, birth control, sex education, family planning are some of the factors that it is concerned with it. In women, issues such as ovulation, menstruation, menopause and pregnancy are of immense importance in reproductive medicine.

Methods and techniques

Methods to assess any reproductive abnormality include reproductive surgery, laboratory methods while methods of treatment are prescription of fertility medication, counseling and surgery. In vitro fertilization or ivf has become one of the most effective treatments to enable pregnancy. This treatment allows the examination of the embryo before implementation.

Training

Specialists in reproductive medicine are trained in gynecology and obstetrics which is followed by infertility and reproductive endocrinology. Some of them specialize in urology followed by andrology. Training is also provided for contraception specialization. Feeling unhappy and sad persistently for no apparent reasons is a sign of underlying depressive disorder. Hi, Give her Ledum pal 30, 5 drops at night and lyco 30, 3 drops in the morning.revert me after 1 week. For weight:- 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4.Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. Do Surya Namaskar , yoga asans like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose),Vajrasana (Diamond Pose), Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose) 6. avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 7. drink plenty of water daily. 8.Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.
