Liver is enlarged size 144 mm, normal in contour and echotexture. intrahepatic bile ducts and cbd are not dilated. Is it serious ?please explain (9 years old girl)

1-use chandroday varti mix with honey and rub on chandan and apply as kajal on eyes. 2- triphala grita- 5-10 gm dosage 1*2 along milk.
