Hello it appears that your diabetes is not in control. If diabetes is severe and uncontrolled, lot of complications can occur related nervous system, blood vessels and heart. Please get your lower limbs for extent of neuropathy then treatment can be planned. Also check your hba1c periodically.

Dear, The possible cause of low blood pressure are- * Improper diet * Stress * Low level of Haemoglobin (Anemia) * Hypothyroidism For Recovering from low BP follow these best methods: • Anaemia is a cause of low BP so check your hemoglobin level (Hb) if this is low so eat green leafy vegetables, beetroot and fruits like pomegranate. • Eat an apple daily it maintain your BP normal. • Take your meal daily do not skip meal. • Drink 8 - 9 glass of water daily. Hydrate your body well with drinking proper amount of water because dehydration is also cause fall of BP. • When you feel that your BP is low then take 2 teaspoons of Glucon D and add a pinch of salt mix it in one glass of water and drink it. You can repeat it after 2 hours. This will maintain electrolyte balance and your BP. You can drink a cup of tea. • Drink a glass of milk daily. Im 26ear old and having chest pain after doing workouts should I leave doing workouts or is it due to any other reason? I do mainly push ups sit ups crunches and other weight lifting exercises.

Looks to be a masculoskeletal pain. Give rest to the part where it hurts you. Apply dry heat and volini spray locally 2/3 times a day. May take carisoma compound tablets. 1 tab twice daily for 5 days. Physiotherapy like ultrasonic and short wave diathermy may also be beneficial. Take 8 - 10 of such sitting.

Hi lybrate-user, I am not aware of any relation of warm water with hypertension. Home remedies: Keep your salt intake lowest possible, stay away from sugar or sugary products, regular exercise, and shed few kilos if you have extra. Automatic machines are highly reliable if used appropriately. Make sure you put in appropriate batteries and that they are not towards the end of their life, machine sits flat on a hard surface, you are sitting with your hands rested on a platform (or lying down with your arm parallel to your body), cuff fits you nicely etc. Some of the machines come with a manual that lists all the good practices of blood pressure measurement. Take care.

you blood pressure is slightly on the higherbside .high blood pressure often damages small arteries in the kidneys reducing their blood flow thus preventing the kidneys from removingbthe waste products a mm d extra fluid in the body this build up extra fluid in the body causes swelling, oedema which can raise the blood pressure more leading to vicious cycle oeadema most commonly menifest in the hands, arms,,ankles,legs, and feet. best thing to consult a medical specialists

U need to follow strict dietary restrictions in the form of low salt diet, low fat and high fibre diet. Eat fruits and salads. Maintain good healthy lifestyle, do regular exercise for at least an hour twice a day in the form of brisk walking. If it still remains on the higher side you need to start medicines for bp. Tc.

It may be because of acidity. But I need to know more to make a diagnosis. Are you constipated. Meanwhile follow this 1. Lose weight (if you r obese). Obesity is the leading cause of GERD/ Acidity. Don't Overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Acidic foods, like tomatoes and citrus, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Take half cup of cold milk when you feel acidity, it will help. Curd is good for u. 11. Everyday preferably sleep on same time Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming, walking etc. This is for long term results But for now to bring your digestive system back on track you need to take medicines.
