Sir, I am too serious about my career. I also take small small things into pressure. If anyone angry on me I felt that I am looser. I am not angry person. I can't raise my voice against wrong decisions of any one related to me. I am afraid of unknown people. I can't easily phase unknown people specifically if he/she is at higher position like managed or head or boss and also can't raise my voice if they are wrong. But in my mind I fill same on me and I thought on the topics which are related to my career again and again. I feel anxious sometime and sometime it feels that the attack will come on my heart. My mind never thought to go behind because I was average as student. But in my class all are toppers. They doing well in each and every work. But I can't study and work like them. So many time I insulted by my professors in my bachelor of engineering career. So I am very judgmental about my career and do not accept thing easolily and thinking about them again and again. I completed my 4 years of bachelor of engineering with lots of fear because I am average student. But I proved my self I will tolerate but not claim any issue against any bad thing it is my big Problem. I want to achieve highest education I wat be like other professionals in any way. I am vey anxious about it. But I am afraid of unknown people. I can't easily interact with them. I feel that he/she will avoid me and also angry on me. After that o feel like rejection. Due to this sometime I leave all my tension of study one side and go with my some naugty friends of my society. So that I feel happy. But it is for some time. Then I also think that this is not original happiness. original happiness is what I achieve in my life. Sometime I want to do nothing and want to sleep whole day but this is also very scary. I feel lik I have nothing to do. I thought that how others will remain home at homw whole day. I can't sit at home without any work. I always want to busy in work. But the work should be respective. But I am in this condition that I have no direction but I want to do it. I want to be person like shahrukh khan comedy and also successful. But in my life it is not possible. Because I always seem people who are stand first and also their behaviour is alway boss type. So I always feeling loose against them. I want to tell much more but I can't explain you. Now a days I started to hear brahmakumairs lectures. I am attracted towards their views about life. But same way I also feel that if I am not feel fear I can't do any work and only I will enjoy the tv and sleep. So acc to my view career and peace of mind both important. But I can't make mak it balanced. I am very judgmental. I also feel that others are bigger than me in any profession. So I always feel weak and fear with them and also give respect to them every time. Now I will stop. Please give me solutions of all my problems. Dear you should follow my these instructions seriously - *first you have to stop thinking that you are nothing. You are very good and intelligent thats why you have passed all your education. * do not think that you feel nothing. You are feeling everything thats why you told about your deep feeling of your heart. Follow my these best instruction that you must follow everyday to make yourself feel more confident and better person - * on getting up every morning, just stand in front of mirror and say you are happy and you can do anything. By saying these words, you get positive energy about yourself and that makes you feel better. * in morning and evening, take a little time for meditation. You just have to sit in a peaceful place, close your eyes and take long breaths in and out. While breathing just concentrate on breathing only and do it for atleast 10-15 minutes daily. * when ever anything make you feel stressed, do not try to hide it. First thing you should do is to get rid off anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in many. You can try any of the following methods. You can do squeeze and stop technique. You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated. You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation. How to Overcome Snoring

1. Loose weight. Can reduce fatty tissue in the back of the throat and decrease or even stop snoring.

2. Exercise can also help to stop snoring. As well aiding weight loss, exercising your arms, legs, and abs, for example, also leads to toning the muscles in your throat, which in turn can lead to less snoring.

3. Quit smoking. Smoking irritates the membranes in the nose and throat which can block the airways and cause snoring.

4. Avoid alcohol, sleeping pills, and sedatives because they relax the muscles in the throat and interfere with breathing.

5. Establish regular sleep patterns. Create a healthy bedtime ritual with your partner and stick to it.

6. Clear nasal passages. If you have a stuffy nose, rinse sinuses with saline before bed. If you have allergies, reduce dust mites and pet dander in your bedroom or use an allergy medication. Pt nasoclear nasal drop inboth nostril before sllep.

7. Keep bedroom air moist. Dry air can irritate membranes in the nose and throat, so if swollen nasal tissues are the problem, a humidifier may help.

8. Change your sleeping position. Elevating your head four inches may ease breathing and encourage your tongue and jaw to move forward. Sleep on your side instead of your back.

 9. Try an anti-snoring mouth appliance.

10 throat exercises to prevent snoring

A. Repeat each vowel (a-e-i-o-u) out loud for three minutes a few times a day

B. Place the tip of your tongue behind your top front teeth. Slide your tongue backwards for three minutes a day.

C. Close your mouth and purse your lips. Hold for 30 seconds.

D. With mouth open, move jaw to the right and hold for 30 seconds. Repeat on left side.

E. With mouth open, contract the muscle at the back of your throat repeatedly for 30 seconds.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. Your sister has to take thyroid medicine throughout pregnancy and after delivery also. Please follow the doctors advice and during pregnancy thyroid test will be repeated few times and dosage adjusted. After delivery depending on the TSH value doctor will advice whether to stop and when to stop. The important thing she should continue the medicine during pregnancy and should not stop without doctors advice.

If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. If the task is boring, it is natural that that person will sleep or feel sleepy. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please follow these tips: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetabes, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Do sitz bath twice daily. 9. Take 1tsf of isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. Apply pilex ointment before and after passing stools. Take tab pilex 2-2-2 for about a month and inform.

FALLING ASLEEP TECHNIQUE

If you often struggle to fall asleep and roll in your bed for hours, here is a simple technique
The technique is simple and has showed to be very effective in falling asleep in less than 1 minute.
How to perform this technique:

Take the position that is most comfortable for you: sitting, standing, laying. If you are sitting hold your back in a straight position. Put the tip of your tongue behind your upper front teeth and hold it there during this exercise.

Breathe through your lips so you make a sound similar to blowing wind.

Breathe on your nose 4 times.

Hold your breath and count to 7.

Inhale through your mouth and count to 8 before you exhale.

This is one cycle.

Repeat this cycle 4 times. You may fall asleep before you end up your last repetition.

Note: Exhaling should be twice longer than inhaling. This is why it is important to hold the relation 4-7-8 during the exercise. Set the counting during breathing.

This technique in moments of stress in order to handle your emotions better and have balanced reactions. You can perform this exercise twice a day, once in the morning and one more time in the evening.

How does this exercise work?

Anxiety and stress pump up more adrenaline in your bloodstream. It makes your heart pump faster and your breaths shorter and faster. Doing the 4-7-8 exercise prolongs your breathing and makes you inhale more oxygen. And when you hold your breath, the oxygen spread through your body.
Controlling you exhaling will release the carbon dioxide out of your system.

You will feel your heart slowing down and become sleepy because of the sedative effect of this technique...

Acne like chronic disease affecting the skin of the face- where people blush. There is redness in'blush areas, papules (small, red solid pimples) & pustules (pus filled acne). There may be red lines on face and nasal bumps or knobs. Rosacea is a chronic condition. The symptoms come & go in cycles rosacea can not be cured completely but it can be treated and controlled.
