Hi, My issue is too much thinking and mostly bad thinking. I think of all worst could happen to me or my family and friends even when I don't want to. My weak point is I try to keep everyone happy and thus I become unhappy I guess. I can't do what I want and that's because I feel that I will hurt someone if I do so. I don't feel energy and fresh everyday and feel like I am very tired. I think everything should be perfect and no one should hurt for any reasons. I want to be happy but thing those happens to me now days I can not stop or not in my control. I feel like if something is not right by someone and if I tell them they will not be happy with me and I don't want that. I see things wrong but can't oppose because they are my loved once. Please help.

Dear Lybrate user, Thank you for contacting us. It sounds like you are troubled by a lot of negative thoughts which you can't seem to get out of your mind. What is good is you realize they are after all just thoughts. It is not an easy thing to change the way you think, but it is possible. Try to observe - without judging - what is going on in your mind. Try to investigate these thoughts. It takes some time and practice to be able to see thoughts for what they are - just thoughts. After a while you might notice they don't have as much power over you anymore. It also sounds like you are taking way too much responsibility for other people's happiness. You can't make anyone else happy. Only they themselves can do that. It is never going to happen that no one will ever get hurt for anything, and it's not your responsibility to make sure they're not. Try to care as much, or more, for yourself as you do for others. Be gentle towards yourself. If you feel like you need to talk to someone, seeing a psychologist in Pune might help. Mindfulness practices such as compassion meditation might also help you to be more grounded and loving towards yourself. I hope this was helpful for you. Hi I will prescribe some harmless but effective flower remedy available in homoeopathy shops. Try to buy original medicines. Mix 3 drops of mimulus + 3 drops of crab apple + 3 drops of aspen. Mix these with 100 ml water and drink it every morning and night.(same dose) on empty stomach.

But very interested at weird public places. Eg: at bus she is so interested . Most weird thing is that her most interested place is at cinema theatre . She like to have sex with me at theatre . Hello lybrate-user, looks like there is some issues in the sexuality. There is a sexual deviance in her because of which she gets pleasure in having sex and intimacy in public than private. If this is happening all the time, yes its a matter of concern. But, if this is very rare and she's doing to just for fun, then you don't have to worry. Do consult a counsellor or psychologist or a psychiatrist for further help.

Various foods affect our moods and our health. Anything in excess will cause us harm and any deprivation too can do damage. Indian foods are very rich in nutrients and are always spiced to 'spice' us up. Vegetarian versus nonvegetarian foods also impact our mood and health. Foods that stimulate tryptophan and serotonin can also perk up your mood and thinking and slow down thinking and depress your mood, respectively. So, in any treatment plan, it is good to incorporate dietary considerations to both provide the necessary impetus and to also aid the medication and its effect.

Dont worry Rohit, you will slowly adjust to the new environment. Talk with your college counsellor. Make friends with Chennai boys, learn new culture, once a while take a break and go home for some time with family. As soon as you complete your course, you can travel to other parts of the world. Within India, you feel difficulty adjusting, just imagine people going to other countries and settling down....time is the healer, if severely depressed consult a psychiatrist

What I understand that you are a sensitive person and others thoughts and actions hurt you. When you feel. That yiu are not treated with dignity and respect that makes you feel bad and low. I would suggest you to work with a psychologist and learn to restructure your processes and build resilience and confidence. I retired from Indian Air Force on 31 St Dec 2009. I feel like to be at home only. I do not feel happy to go out of my home. I go out only when it very necessary such as visit to hospital etc. I always search a company when I go out. I get anoide and irritated on very small small things such as while taking bath when soap fall down etc etc. I feel and it seems that I am very selfish and self-centered person. Please advice.

This is age related feeling and retirement blues. When retired you have lost the hectic old life and feel more lonely. You find time to read good books, listen to music, or make it habit to go to local club if any or a library where you may met persons of our liking and age. Do meditaion and yoga.

Hi. Homoeopathic medicines are very effective for increasing concentration and if done with yoga, will give you great results! But practice the following poses if you don’t have any medical condition or pregnancy or else take an advice from your concern doctor and then only perform these. 1. Shashankasana: Sit in Vajrasana with hands on the thighs. The upper body is straight and relaxed. Inhaling raise both arms above the head. Exhaling keep the back straight and bend upper body and arms forward from the hips, until arms and forehead touch the floor. The buttocks remain on the heels. Breathing normally remain in this position for a while. Relax the whole body, especially the shoulders, neck and back. Inhaling keep the back straight and raise the upper body and arms. Exhaling return to the starting position. Practice the exercise 3 times in total. Remain bending forward for sometime and consciously perceive the movement of the breath on the spine. 2. Virasana: Sit in Vajrasana. Hands rest on the thighs and the body is relaxed. Bring the left foot beside the right knee with the sole of the foot flat on the floor. Place the left elbow on the left knee and rest the chin in the hand. Right hand rests on the right thigh. Tuck the toes of the right foot under. The right knee remains in contact with the floor. Transfer the weight onto the right heel. Concentrate on a fixed point in front. Breathing normally remain in this position for as long as comfortable. Return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side. 3. Sit in Vajrasana. Body is straight and hands rest on the thighs. Relax the whole body. Inhaling stretch the arms above the head, then bring them behind the back and grasp the left wrist with the right hand. Exhaling bend the body forward from the hips, keeping the back straight, until the forehead touches the floor. The buttocks remain on the heels. Breathing normally concentrate on the whole body and relax. Remain in this position for as long as comfortable. Inhaling slowly bring the body upright. At the same time stretch the arms above the head. Exhaling return to the starting position. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Anacardium 200/ once daily.

Dear Upendra, Welcome to lybrate. Stammering is "speaking with sudden involuntary pauses and a tendency to repeat the initial letters of words" or "say something with difficulty, repeating the initial letters of words and with sudden involuntary pauses". Stammering could be due to two reasons. First reason is Vocal cord misalignment. Second is Psychological performance anxiety. First of all you should consult an ENT Specialist and evaluate your vocal chords. If there is problem, ENT specialist will be able to correct it. If there is no problem with your vocal chords, You should consult a psychologist for stammer therapy. Take care.

No problem Masturbation is harmless It will never cause any ill effects No organ is damaged. It is a superstition more prevalent in the North. Semen is only secretions from seminal vesicle, prostate, Vas deferens, and sperm from testis. Nothing more. Just like secretions from nose during a cold as far as our body is concerned. No vitality is lost during ejaculation as we popularly believe. Masturbation is perfectly normal sexual outlet. No need to be felt guilty about it.
