Pain may right hand may be due to muscular pain, nerve pain and acidity. You need to take some precaution like avoid much strain to hand, get nutritious diet which help relieve in contipation. If you let to cause then easily get relief. If after that problem still continue then need to further medicinal treatment.

I had a knee injury 5 years before but again its start paining if I am sitting or giving stress on my knee please suggest.

Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dear friend I was getting back ache before going to toilet n right side on heap pain for the past 2 months. Then I went for scanning and found that there is a stone in kidney (5mm). After consulting doctor I am using the medicine - cystone. For one month it was alright and suddenly for the past 3 days savior pain complete back (heap area). I am continuing this medicine. Please suggest some remedy ?

Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

It may be because of vertebral disc problem. Avoid forward bending. Sleep straight on hard couch in supine position. Consult an orthopedic surgeon for detailed examination.

As your tests are normal , go for ultra sound of upper abdomen to rule out liver disease.It may be muscular, you do breathing exercises.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Dear Sir, There's nothing to worry about. Your son has hurted his body not following habituation. Ie gradually and slowly increasing weights and giving time to heal, this is major difference between amateur and professional. Now stop all and ask him to take rest, analgesics sos, once everything settle, start again but like a professional.

Depending on site of tuberculosis affected treatment will be decided and it will be fixed regimen unless .intolerant to some medicines then alternate drugs will be prescribed. Main things will be in treatment is monitoring of side effects by regular check ups and watching for any drug intolerance. So unless we will not know complete events happened from since day 1. We can'tjudge and finalise or any change of medicines required.

Hi as your job involves sitting for prolonged hours, there are chances of pains and numbness in your arm and neck. It needs examination to check which muscles are involved. However its better for you to take repeated breaks during your work preferably every half an hour, doing some simple stretches, correcting your working posture, applying warm water for 15 mins twice a day. If the pain doesnt resolve, its good to check with a physiotherapist on a private consultation.

First and foremost you should get a digital x-ray of the hip done in ap and lat views. the implant may be failing and painkillers will just mask the pain till some catastrophe occurs. PLEASE ACT NOW.

It seems you are suffering from nerve compression. Whenever a back nerve compresses or impinge it creates pain over its nerve root. After looking to your pain I am recommending you something: Precautions: 1. Avoid forward bending, if required then bend your knees first and then bend forward. 2. Avoid weight lifting. 3. Sit in chairs or car seats with proper back support. 4. Place pillow under your legs while sleeping or can opt sidelying position for sleep. 5. Get enough vit d from sun as vit d keep bones strong including spine and other bones. 6. Drink plenty of water to enhance the intervertebral disks. 7. Avoid prolonged standing. 8. Change your sitting position every 15 minutes so that it does not pain. If possible visit some neuro-physio who can give you several modalities like SWD, IFT, traction etc to cure the pain. Along with it we have a special program designed in case of sciatica that is Butler’s mobilisation and Mckenzie exercises which a physio gives with the proper technique to get cure from disease. I understand your pain so I am suggesting you the following treatment that you can take at home and can get some relief from pain and discomfort. Treatment: 1. Use of Cold packs- Sometimes piriformis muscle gets tight which cause impingement of sciatic nerve leading to tingling and numbness sensation down into the leg. So ice massage can be given over the area of piriformis muscle or the entire back for 15 min. Once done with cold therapy take rest for 2-3 min to relax the muscles. 2. Since the pain is radiating you can do some below mentioned exercises which will give you immediate relief from pain if done correctly. A) Lie on bed on your stomach gently push up with your arms, resting on your forearms. Hold for 5 secs. Now slightly stretch your back muscles and count till 10 and relax. You might feel a slight pain initially but do not worry. Repeat it 15 times. B) Now that pain must have gone. And now you can push up onto your hands fully. Slowly lower down back to floor. Perform this atleast 15 times. Again a slight pain will be there initially. Once you will complete this exercise program your pain will be relieved right away. If pain is severe while doing the exercise then stop doing the exercise and immediately consult some physio to take care further. Other exercises that can be done in sciatica pain are: 1. Straight leg raising 2. Knee to chest. 3. Hamstring stretch. 4. Back extensors stretches and strengthening. 5. Gluteal stretch. All the above can be done for 10-15 times with the hold (stretch) time of 5 -6 secs Make sure to perform the exercises correctly which will give you relief from your pain and strengthen your muscles.
