Is it a Heart Attack or A Panic Attack?

Is it a Heart Attack or A Panic Attack?

Most of the symptoms of a panic attack are physical, and many times these symptoms are so severe that people think they’re having a heart attack. In fact, many people suffering from panic attacks make repeated trips to the doctor or the emergency room in an attempt to get treatment for what they believe is a life-threatening medical problem. While it’s important to rule out possible medical causes of symptoms such as chest pain, heart palpitations, or difficulty breathing, it’s often panic that is overlooked as a potential cause—not the other way around.

Aztor sud be taken with lifelong commitment and you don't fall in that criteria to start aztor. I don't know how you have been prescribed this. Anyways 2nd concern is grade I fatty liver which is very common in pts with your age doing some sitting job or business and it is reversible. So no need to worry. What you actually need is strict diet control, avoid bad habbits if any and regular exercise to keep your LDL in check.

No you cannot go back to normal diet with fats and heavy food. Jaundice reports are normal after 10 days but enzymes remain at a higher level for 6 weeks for a type & 8 weeks for b type of jaundice. Eat more proteins for liver to get repaired faster- toned milk, curd, few nuts, clear soups, boiled eggs. Avoid fats of any kind. Avoid bulky food. Eat more often. Drink lots of water/ ors/ canejuice-fresh & clean/ diluted milk with roohafza/ weak tea etc. More liquids will help bilirubin the yellow pigment get out of system faster. No exposure to sun, basic hygiene like bath & cottons only & total rest from work. Do get tested for type of jaundice-a or b.

Since she is very old, it is better to manage her with minimum treatment. So it is advisable to avoid mixing many types of medicine. Let your doctor look at it and advise you accordingly. Please do follow up regularly with the required tests.

How to cure BP without medicine tell me what I must do and how much I must do that in a day.

How to cure BP without medicine tell me what I must do and how much I must do that in a day.
A proper well balanced diet and daily physical activity is important. Normal blood pressure ranges from systolic 100-130mmhg and diastolic 70-90 mmhg. If the BP is more than that then you need to visit a doctor. Avoid fried food, soft drinks, junk food, excessive sweets and coffe etc. Try to have atleast fresh fruits and vegetables salad 3-4 times a day. Extra salt in any form should be avoided. 30 minutes walk after dinner is good. Cycling, swimming or running 3 times a week is advised.
