Do slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning to be mentally strong. Take proper balanced diet. Avoid garlic and red chilly, non veg and eggs. Keep your weight normal as compared to your height as more weight has bad effects on reproductive system. Take lots of water to clean body. Your menses will come to normal by following these instructions.

Hello- slight curvature in penis is normal and it can not effect your sexuality during intercourse. However if you want to straighten your penis you can use" ksher bala oil" penis massage daily.(make sure that you are doing massage on a erected penis)

I am diabetic for last ten years. Have blood pressure too. My sugar level is fluctuating between 160 to 240. My age 67. I take TRIOPIL II for sugar and Covance 25 ,both one tab daily. Due to sugar unable to have cataract operated Please suggest remedy. My height 5'6" weight 89 kgs.

Mr. Lybrate-user nath, it appears that present anti - diabetes treatment is not adequate. There needs to be an additional drug or total change of therapy. Plus you also have grade 1 obesity with 30.67 kgs/m2 bmi, which also contributes to high blood glucose. Any operative procedure is under taken only when blood glucose is below 200 mg/100 ml. You have not mentioned bp reading. Are you doing regular exercise like walking for at least 1 hour a day and some muscle strengthening activity daily? in addition to tablets diet control and exercise are very important for getting better control of blood glucose. Thanks.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. Actually pain at calf/leg region can be due to many reasons, commonly it is muscular in nature but it can also be due to tendons, nerves, blood vessels etc. My advise to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be: - ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - some blood tests like serum vitamin d and serum potassium levels, esr and crp help in better diagnosis of such condition. Hi initially give her plenty of oral sex ,there is problem with yor technique ,Forget religion. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – Lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Regulate Irregular Menstrual Cycle ( for all age female)
One of the prevalent problems among women is the irregular periods or menstrual cycle. Delayed menstruation can lead to a lot of issues for women and can also affect their overall health. Since menstrual cycle is a natural process that happens after every 28 days, irregularities might affect the functioning of the body.
A Balanced Diet
To keep the body functions normal especially menstruation where women are concerned, a balanced diet is very imperative. Green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits, juices and nuts plays a very significant role here. Along with this it is important to maintain the intake of three large meals every day that are full of nutrients and provide you with the required quantity of the same. Condom is best barrier method for avoiding pregnancy. Take proper care in wearing condom over penis to avoid its breakage during sex. You can use durux or kohinoor condoms, both are equally good.
