Many back exercises can help strength the spinal column and the supporting muscle ligament's and tendons. Spine extension exercise are back strength exercise that are very important in counter balancing the many forward bending exercise it can use to strengthen for back muscle, prevent back pain, and promote muscular development front to back .

1-Lie on your stomach with your legs together. Arms along your sides.
2-Lift your abdominal muscle away from the mat.
3-Exhale: Keep your abdominal muscles pulled in extend energy through your spine and out the top of your head to lift your upper body slightly off the mat.
4-Your shoulder blade will slide down your back as your arms reach behind you like they are being blown back. Your head is an extension of your spine. Your gaze will be down .
5- Inhale:Pause Exhale : lengthen and lower Your body to the floor.

To Prevent hair fall follow these instructions and methods: • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

Add lot of ginger and cinnamon in your diet. Your hair loss could be due to thyroid. Avoid cabbage and cauliflower and other cruciferous vegetables. Eat small frequent meals. And exercise regularly. Atleast 20-30 mins of cardio and weight training with low weights.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21 yrs. Of age in males and 18 yrs. In females, so there are 5 yrs. More left to grow further! medication: start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin d. Vitamin d promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Vitamin d can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. 60% to 80% of your height is determined by genes! apart from these: -exercise throughout the teen years and in puberty. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. Join a gym, join a sports team, if nothing else, walk around. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -sleeping is the time when your body grows, get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. -always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (you can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. Dengue is transmitted by Aedes Aegypti mosquito, Malaria is transmitted by female Anopheles mosquito Symptoms of Malaria 1.Intermittent High Fever with Chills 2.Profuse sweating 3.Headache,Fatigue 4.Nausea, Vomiting 5.Diarrhea 6.Anemia7.Enlarged Spleen Symptom of Dengue 1.Sudden High Fever, Severe Headache 2.Severe Bone and Joint Pain, Pain behind eyes 3.Fatigue, Nausea and vomiting, pain abdomen, loss of appetite 4.Skin rash may appear 2-5 days after fever 5.Blood platelet count is low and Dengue Antigen test (NS1) is positive.

My Dr. prescribed letoval 2.5 mg 10 tabs from day 2. D Then on day 3 ,5, 7my hcg injection was given. Follicles growth are good. Sifasi 10k units were given on day 14 since ovulation didn't happen. No Fallopian tubes blockage. Pls suggest am I on right treatment for IUI? Why ovulation is not happening. Prolactin is under control. Buy I have thyroid microsomal antibody a bit high but endocrinologist said not to worry and advised me to go on iui. Apart from injections I am given multi vitamin tablets.

Hi lybrate-user, First lets under how IUI works. Fertility drugs may help you conceive with IUI because they stimulate your ovaries to produce more eggs than in a normal cycle, which increases the sperms’ chance of getting to an egg. Some fertility doctors will use Clomid, or clomiphene citrate, first. The timing of the IUI with a Clomid cycle may be done with urinary ovulation prediction kits or using ultrasound monitoring. If Clomid doesn’t help you get pregnant, your doctor may recommend injectable gonadotropin, which is a follicle stimulating hormone or FSH. On day 3 of your menstrual cycle you will have a baseline ultrasound and blood work, prior to starting any injectable drugs. Injectable medications are started that day, after the testing is completed, and are used for six to ten days. Usually you inject them yourself, under the skin on your belly. During that time you will have blood work and ultrasounds three or four times, so your fertility team can monitor how your eggs are growing and developing. Once the lead egg, also called a follicle, reaches a certain size, you will be instructed to take an injection of human chorionic gonadotropin (hcG) which causes ovulation. IUI will be performed one or two days after the hcG injection. A major factor in the chance of success with ovulation stimulating drugs and IUI, whether clomiphene citrate or gonadotropins are used, is the age of the female partner. The success rate of any fertility treatment declines over age 35, and declines sharply at age 40. Some fertility specialists recommend going straight to IVF treatment if Clomid and IUI do not work, in order to save time and money for what is usually a more effective treatment.
