Hey! There is a white layer that has covered almost my tongue! What should I do to cure that! Please suggest me some remedies! Home remedy preferable!
It all started in March, might be february if I take small issues also, For two days in February I felt nauseated. Then in March first week, I had one ulcer inside mouth which was painful and I took antibiotic for that. After two days I had shivering fever and the next day I had rash all over my body with itchy face and also swollen glands near my cheek and back of neck. After that I always tired and have pains in my armpits and groins. There are sudden episodes of painful muscle and sore armpits and also fatigue. Blurry vision is also common sometimes and in excess sunlight it increases more. Sometimes I feel like tightness in my neck which goes away within a short span of time. I am just scared what is happening to me. I added some blood test reports for your better perusal, which was done a month ago. Its been 8 months that I am having acute episodes! Please help.

Orofacial pain may result from various causes including dental cause, muscles, nerves, tmjoint etc.
Management of orofacial pain leaves oral medicine expert (dental specialist) come to a conclusion of disease responsible for the pain so that unwanted treatment results like the removal of healthy tooth do not occur.
Hence the importance of specialist consultation for better management of pain.

Many ppl nowadays experience a dull pain in the face muscles when they wake up in the morning.
This may be caused by overwork of your muscles at night if you are a bruxer or clench your teeth with excessive force while mastication.
Many times it is stress related and stress buster methods like meditation yoga imagery relaxation etc can help.
Sweets are cause of acute dental pain in many people who have existing dental problem. This pain may subside by itself or may prolong giving excessive discomfort.
Tip is for those who have had this type of pain previously,
Please keep distance from sweets or too hot n cold substances to celebrate the festival n get the teeth treated at the earliest.
Eat dentally healthy non sticky food n have safe diwali.
