I forget the things and don't remember it, what should I do to improve my memory.

First of all you must start to give positive instructions to your mind that your memory is good or strong, and whenever you forget the things while doing something and that stuck your mind so rather than give up go step by step back to your mind what were you actually doing and what for I m here to do. And this practice will improve your memory power.
