Hello, get your eyes tested from an opthalmologist. Include the following for getting better vision: vitamins a, c, e, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. Dha is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for strengthening eye muscles: -begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Then look to the right-most position with your gaze and hold for 5 counts. Repeat 3 times, blinking between each hold. Then, repeat this exercise looking up and then down. Do not forget about blinking. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Look up and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look up to and to your left for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your left for 5 seconds. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and then reducing the power of your eyes (if the eye power is less). Take physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month and instill euphrasia eye drops twice a day. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

Hello Lybrate user. Need to know proper detail to suggest any thing. As your doctor has suggested some medicine so you can take as per his advice. But you should go for counselling as well. Its like you need to change your approach also as everything decides by our perception. Sometimes by change in our perception everything changes. Think once as any day when you were happy what so ever was the reason whether due to career or family or any thing ,did you feel any anxiety depression that time-- its no. That time also surely many unfavourable circumstances were there. But your happiness your positive feelings dominated everything ,in the same way you have to make your life and your thoughts such that it can dominate your fear anxiety everything. Every thing is within you whether anxiety fear happiness sadness and you need to choose from them. Many times due to many circumstances we usually chooses the bad part of it and get depress and make our life complicated. But once you will understand this then you will start to pick happiness from small things and your anxiety fear everything will be lost somewhere. How to Avoid Sun Tan?
Skin colour becomes a shade lighter with proper and regular use of sunscreens because it will help you lose the sun tan. Sunscreen should be used daily, regardless of whether very sunny or cloudy day. Sun exposure occurs throughout the day. It can be through clouds, through regular glass windows of cars or homes, and even during short time spent walking to nearby shop or picking children from school bus. Try to stay indoors during 10: 00 am to 4: 00 pm. Sunscreens should be applied over exposed areas of body like face, neck, chest, forearms, hands, etc. Most cosmetically acceptable sunscreens need to be applied at least 20 minutes before going outdoors and repeated every 3-5 hourly depending on the sunscreen constituents. You need to also reapply sunscreen every time you sweat or wash off unless you are using special sunscreens which are water resistant. Use water resistant sunscreens while swimming. Even water resistant sunscreens protection wane off in 40-80 minutes and this should be kept in mind while swimming. Consider using sunscreen with atleast spf (sun protecting factor) 30. Please do not apply too little amount of sunscreens.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and mannual therapy will help in painfree movement. Hi, take rauvolfia 1x, 2 tabs daily morning empty stomach. Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. Go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. Revert after 15 days with feedback.
