1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato,cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat.limit fluid intake during meal 4.Drink plenty of water(8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having, 6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days .8.Consult Gastro enterologist for further advice

Try the following remedy it will surely help you mix one half walnuts and one half honey. Take the combo three times every day half-hour when meals. You've got to drink milk right when. The treatment is for one month. Add a tea spoon of honey in an exceedingly glass of milk and drink. Hi, for increasing body weight, start eating more chapatis and rice with ghee or butter. Take creamed milk upto 400 ml daily. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, take pulses and pulses products. You can eat homemade fried foods but avoid eating from the market. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 to 3 pcs. Of egg or fish thrice a week. Also take 4 to 6 pcs. Of almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Must take exercise daily as it helps in better absorption of food and also increases your satiety.

Hi, use a salicylic acid or benozyl peroxide containing face wash along wit sunscreen regulalry. Skin lightening creams depend on the texture and tone of the skin. It is always better to consult a Deramtologist and start other treatments.

Usually, dental pain is because of infected pulp. And taking painkillers will not help much. If you need a permanent relief, you have to consult a dentist. Get your xray done and let him advice the necessary treatment. For the time being, you can take any drug having paracetamol 500 mg 2/3 times a day to manage pain. Remember, with medications pain will subside but it is not a permanent solution. Or may be you are suffering from sensitivity. Most of the time, pain stops in few mins if it is sensitivity problem. Consult a dentist & get your full mouth examination. There are many reasons to have sensitivity. Your doctor will prescribe you some desensitizing paste or he may advise you some fillings to treat the problem.

First he have to avoid this and need to follow balanced diet.Do regular exercise like muscle building exercise which will help to gain weight. .Eat more food more frequently.Take dense fruits,vegetables.Take extra refined foods.Eat more protein for gain weight and build muscle.Use extra healthy fats in cooking.Take more nuts and seeds in cooking.No water just before or during meals.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.MO smoking,alcohol.Use weight gainer supplement.Take proper rest at night.These simple things will help him.

Hi, These headaches are migraines. Make sure you are drinking plenty water to prevent them, 2-3 liters a day or more. Eating regularly (breakfast same time everyday, lunch same time everyday, etc), and a regular sleep/ wake time are also helpful to prevent these. Aerobic exercises, such as brisk walking, swimming, upto 30 mins a day for most days of week work really well to prevent these headaches as well. And of course- deep breathing and meditation can be super!

Ideally between 2 dose there should be 12 hours gap, if you have taken at 2: 30 pm, you can take next dose before sleeping at around 11 pm.

Difficult at your age, but try supplementing your diet with two eggs a day lightly boiled; helpings of meat at least twice a day. Your diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. The benefits of this is ungaugeable, and cannot be explained medically as yet, it effects the entire body. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

Hi if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Dear Concerned Dry mouth could be a side effect of your medication. Discuss it with your cardiologist. 1.sip water at regular intervals. You can try ice cubes. Drink at least a litre and a half of water everyday. 2.Smoking and coffee can worsen a dry mouth. 3.Citrus lozenges and sugar free gums can be of some help. 4.Avoid mouthwashes.(alcohol free can be used) 5.Try and get lozenges that are more natural. Ginger candy is a great option. Another great option is amla candy. Avoid sweetened or salted options. Go as natural as possible. Take care.

It is normal to lose about 30-80 strands of hair in a day. The common reasons behind hair fall are lack of essential nutrients in the body, improper and unhealthy dietary habits, hormonal imbalance, certain medications, dandruff, alopecia and other scalp disorders, stress and tension etc. Natural oils such as neelibhringadi can be used to massage the scalp for countering hair fall. Gently massage the scalp prior to head bath twice a week. Also check hemoglobin for anaemia and thyroid status with serum tsh. Have more proteins and trace minerals like copper, zinc, selenium in diet. Start taking amla hair nutrition supplement. Keep stress away with regular exercise, yoga, meditation. Get the underlying scalp condition like dandruff treated.
