I got a deep cut on my knee of left leg. I took an x-ray but there is no fracture and after 10 days of injury my stitches opened but I am unable to lift my lower part of leg which is lower than knee. I can lift my thigh but below the knee it is not coming up. Help me out.

First of all water intake should be very adequete Consuumtion of milk 2 times a day for maintaining calcium level to avoid joint pain. Regular exercise is nessacary Stretching of all joints. Hot pack to the area of pain. Avoid long time sitting in air conditioner Keep below your knees while lying to maintain the blood circulation. Left shoulder pain is reffered pain for heart problems But paining in left hand is due to cervical spondylosis also as the radiates towards hand both can be the reason but I think its due to neck pain Better get yourself tested for confirming the issue.
