Hello. We do have good and effective medicines in homoeopathy for unwanted facial hair. Want to know whether does she has any hormonal imbalance? medication: schwabe's oleum jacoris 3x/ 3 times a day for a month. There are few tips or home remedies which will help to get rid of your unwanted facial hair: - take safflower oil (kusuma oil) and thanaka (yellowish-white cosmetic paste, available in ayurvedic stores). Remove unwanted hair either by using hair removal cream or by shaving. Take some kusuma oil and grind thanaka in it. Prepare a paste. The thickness of the paste should be similar to hair removal cream. Apply it on hair removed areas. Massage until the skin pores absorb it. Leave it for 3-4 hours. (you can also apply it at night, before sleeping). Wash with water. Use this method continuously for 100 days. You will get rid of unwanted hair, permanently. -one of the reasons for unwanted hair growth in women is the excess levels of testosterone (a hormone). Spearmint tea helps in reducing the level of this hormone, thereby decreases the growth of unwanted hair. -take dry turmeric, leaves of acalphya indica (khokli or kuppi) and neem leaves. Grind all the ingredients. Prepare a paste. Rub it on the face, before sleeping at night. At morning, peel off the dried mixture from your skin. Use it regularly. Eventually, it will remove undesired hair.

Eating healthy food is the best cure for weakness. Since you are recovering have light and energetic food like khichdi, daliya, oats and have fresh juice twice a day. Take very less ghee/butter. If possible take a multivitamin for some days.

There can be indigestion, heartburn, impatience, swellings, more frequent urination, leg cramps anmd backache during thiss month Inorder to keep yourself fir and freefromthese above problems follow below give steps 1.Sweep and broom your room. 2.Try to broom if sweeping is not possible with your baby bump. It gives enough relaxation to your back , spinal muscles and bones. Your baby inside would have a ‘in a jhoola’ effect when you broom. 3.• Eat a well balanced diet consisting of oats, brown rice, rotis, green leafy vegetables, milk, fish, meat, eggs etc. 4.• Get plenty of rest. and sleep for 1-2 hrs every noon!! 5.• Have oily fish in your diet. If your periods have come you need not to get worried. You hv got your periods after 25 days. It is absolutely normal. Next time you should use a better contraceptive as condom doesn't give 100% protection.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash once in a day. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

This is temporary if it is mild pain after sex which you never had before. You can take tablet meftal spas to get relief from this pain. If it persists then you should check your urine for any infection.

Its usually spermatorrhoea or prostatorrhoea. As per your age it could be spermatorrhoea. But final diagnosis can only be made after proper investigation only. If they are above mentioned ailments though they are not serious needs to be treated properly by homeopathic medicines.
