Yes running will cause weight loss. You need 5 Kg weight gain. For you strength exercises like bench press, push ups, squats will be better to build muscles without weight loss. Dietary changes are needed as well.

Hello. 1) your BMI is 13.8 2) According to BMI you are in extremely underweight. 3) you put your weight approximately 20 kg 4) Eat good proteins. 5) Do some exercise for 30 min. 6) Take nutritious food. 7) Eat lots of carb and fat rich foods. 8) Drink milk. 9) Get quality sleep. 10) Don't drink water before meals.

Though, it is possible to increase height after the age of 18 years, extra effort is required in order to reap positive results since the development of the body slows down gradually. It? s a well-known fact that nutrition is imperative for further growth and development, most importantly for natural height gain. In addition to this, a number of other factors should also be taken into consideration to trigger height growth after attaining the age of 18. Here are healthy ways on how to increase height naturally after 18. Minerals like calcium, manganese and zinc aids in building bone tissue, improving blood circulation and boosts height growth naturally. So have broccoli, cabbage, spinach, prunes, peaches, grapes, bananas, pumpkin, carrot, peanuts and legumes. You should include vitamin a rich foods like spinach, beetroot, carrots, chicken, cantaloupe, papaya, peach, milk, apricots, tomatoes and peas. Exercise is a vital factor in increasing your height. Simple exercises like skipping, hanging from an overhead bar and stretching the body by standing on your toes should be part of your daily workout routine. Spine lengthening and good posture forms the core of yoga. Doing the mountain pose, will help to strengthen and lengthen your spine and give you a good height. Surya Namaskar or sun salutation is a great way to increase height and stay fit. The twelve poses are done in a cyclic manner to strengthen muscles and improve posture. If you don? t have too much time on your hands, you can just practice surya namaskar for 10-20 times each day. Trikonasana or triangle pose is great way to achieve good height and body balance. The parivrittatrikosana or reverse triangle pose also helps in gaining height. Vrikshasana or tree pose help in getting balance and harmony. Tree pose also helps to stretch the muscles of the body. You can also practice breathing and meditation to calm your mind and de-stress. Since a mind free of depression and stress helps in proper growth. Water flushes out toxins from your body and aids in digestion. Therefore, at least drinking 8 glasses of water every day is recommended for a better health any queries inform me.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.

Hi Anas.. It is a fungal infection a very common one but my advice for you is not to suppress it with local application as it causes severe complications. Better take homoeopathic treatment with proper consultation for permanent relief and no Side Effects. You may consult through lybrate. Try over-the-counter allergy medications. Talk to your doctor about prevention strategies if you develop under-eye reactions due to hair dyes, soaps, cosmetics or other allergens. Medication: Take Apis Mellifica 200/ twice daily for 3 weeks. But the result varies depending on conditions like whether the swelling is oedematous in nature, or there is collection of fat, or there is lax tissue, or if this is a hereditary feature or has some underlying medical condition.

Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - if pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - if the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and if the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - if the pain is associated with either low or high bp or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To keep your heart healthy have a well balanced diet, do regular exercise, sleep well, reduce stress - include more of fibre foods in your diet, green leafy & seasonal vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, legumes, sprouts, have low fat milk & milk products, lean meats, a hand full of mixed nuts daily - avoid deep fried, processed, junk foods, restrict salt, sugar intake - do regular exercises like walking, jogging, swimming, also do moderate weight lifting at least twice a week, do yoga, meditation & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily in the morning - sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night as it reduces stress & keeps you alert & active the next day - check BP, blood sugar, cholesterol once a year.

Wipe your face with rose water and then apply the mask. Leave the mask to dry for 20 minutes and then slowly remove the pack in upward direction using your wet hands. Now rinse with cold water and pat dry.
