Hello,you can use arnica shampoo and hair oil and along with that start taking homoeopathic medicine Weisbaden 30 ( 4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and revert.

Hi, you should do belly exercise. Don't take rice at night, don't skip breakfast, avoid junk food and oily food. Take proper sleep. You should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take small and frequent meals.

Pls check with your gastroenterologist the possible antibiotics n painkillers which can b taken by you n which donot worsen your colon condition. Meanwhile use bethadine mouthwash. However you can start your rct well before your steroid intake of your comfortable. Take care.

Hi, it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis or hepatitis 2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly 3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done 4. Avoid fatty, oily meals 5. No fast food, no momos and samosas 6. No tea and coffee 7. Lots of water 8. Walk after meals 9. Eat less at nights 10. No soft drinks, hard drinks and no smoking.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap. Prepare a neem leaves mustard oil and apply on your skin. Avoid hot food & spicy food.

I am having quite a rough time at the moment and I can't figure out what to do. My mum and dad are always arguing and most of the time its starts from Me. With something stupid and small and ends up massive. When I get in the way my mum and dad shouts at me and sometimes swears at me. Its your family matter, you need to stop the cause of shout. First try to avoid dispute dont talk to them much or come for counselling to me, i will understand the prob and will try to solve it out.   2. Pigment changes: Laser hair removal might darken or lighten the affected skin, usually temporarily. Skin lightening primarily affects those who have darker skin, especially if an incorrect laser is used at an incorrect setting. 

  3. Others: Rarely laser hair removal can cause blistering, crusting, scarring or other changes in skin texture. Other uncommon problems that can occur include greying of treated hair, or paradoxically, hair might begin to grow excessively in or around treated areas.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Hi waseem you seem to be too young to get hypertension. But it's not uncommon either. Whether you need to increase your dosage or not depends upon your bp level and not by your feeling weak or otherwise. Kindly get your bp checked and dose adjusted. You may have to reduce the dose also.

It is not a good idea of Increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet. Breakfast: Banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not take milk mixed with ghee . It is not healthy. Lunch: Roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc Dinner: Similar to lunch In-between meals:: fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad Avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc. Avoid fast foods . Respected Doctors, Namaskar. I had, after long deliberation, gone for a psychological consultation to an experienced female psychologist. I told her about my problem basically involving my in-laws and my wife. She listened and told me that she needs to talk to my wife also and that she will find if there was anything wrong on my part. I was surprised because there is/was nothing wrong on my part. My brothers in-law did not care for my opinion and always had their way, which my wife never questioned at the cost of my self respect. One of my brothers-in-law also betrayed me on several occasions for which also I did not have any support from my wife. On the next visit, the Dr. Spoke to my wife separately and then called me also. As I was going through severe tension because of the attitude of BIL and my wife I started telling about this. The Dr. Snubbed me and said if I told her about this she will lose her piece of mind. Then I was really scared and did not say anything. My question is if the psychologist discourages me for telling her my top most problem, what should I make of this or what is the use of consulting. So, because of this I am unable to think of going to that psychologist or any other Dr. That Dr. Also seemed to support my wife only. I have stopped talking to my brothers in law, who were interfering in my life. My wife never thought that her brothers attitude is wrong, which is affecting me adversely. Kindly advise me.

Sometimes it is important to distance yourself from the problem to look at the bigger picture as the solutions comes easy in this way. Remember the only person you can control if you. Avoid catering to anyone’s need to be “right” (including yours). Let others do what they want to, don't react or respond in a way that you don't like. I would request you to take care of your health in terms of diet and exercise. Distance your self mentally not physically (not suggesting you leave your family) from situations you do not like and the solution will come to you.
