Yes, this is normal in diabetic patient because this is cause by no up take of glucose by tissues so to have 1/2 teaspoon methi dana seed powder empty stomach daily it will increase your glucose into body tissue and than your body uptake glucose and utilize in proper way.

Hello Lybrate User. Depression is a complicated, multifaceted condition. The general scientific consensus is that it is a biologically-based illness, although there is still some debate over this. For the purposes of this question, I'll assume that you're referring to the illness of major depression, and not just to a transient low mood, or to what most people feel when they say "Oh, I feel depressed. There are a few important things you can do if you want to join the fight against their illness: Offer your support through tangible expressions of friendship and empathy. Don't just say "Oh that sounds so tough" or "I'm so sorry, I'm here for you. But ask them how they're sleeping. What they think about when they feel their worst. Call them often, even when they don't pick up or have short answers. Be tenacious. Don't give up in your efforts to reach out. It's almost impossible to reach out to a depressed person too frequently, if you're already close with them. They likely won't be in the mood to proactively contact you, and may not seem like they appreciate your actions, but remember, they're suffering from an illness. Try to keep them active, even if they refuse activities and outings. As above, just keep at it, keep asking, keep suggesting, don't ever give up. Suggest therapy, suggest medication, talk with them about how they're dealing with both and what issues are coming up.

I am getting fat I do not know why while I do not eat mote and I do not eat fatty food. Now what should I do?
It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight. Management: 1.Take 1 glass of Luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning daily. 2.Drink at least 2 litters per day. Lukewarm water is best for drinking. 3.Avoid cold drinks and alcoholic drink like beer as they contain more calories. 4.Don't skip meals. Avoid heavy meals. Take light meals. 5.Must have 3 main meals per day – In between main meals take fruits & green salads. 6.Eat seasonal fruits & Fresh vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain fibres to help you feel full quickly. 7.Avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 8.Eat more whole grains and cut carbohydrates. Choose proteins instead of fatty ones. 9.Cut salt from your diet. 10.Eat home foods. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 11.Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. 12.Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body. 13.Do regular exercises daily. Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Brisk walking for 15-30 minutes daily is good. Jogging, running, swimming & cycling are good options.

Hi, first you should maintain your blood glucose levels. Take low sugar diet. Natural source of protein is important in your diet. Regular exercises are very important to utilise your excess glucose in your body. To build your muscle you can do gym exercises. As you are diabetic you may be very tired of over-exercising. Walking, cycling is good exercises for you.

Hi, First thing is stop using this cream.It will worsen the problem.Don't apply any cream.Use a mild face wash for washing face. Take medicines Berberis aqui Q 10drops in 1/4 cup of water ,drink thrice a day for 1month Revert back for further treatment plan.

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) Take 10-10ml of fresh lemon juice and honey before meal. B) take 30 ml of divya shwasari pravahi (PATANJALI AYURVEDA) along with 30 ml of water after meals. C) eat 5 gm of black cumin seeds along with 5 gm of jaggery after meals D) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for 15 days. Hi lybrate user. A) take 10-10-10 ml of ginger juice, fresh lemon juice, honey before and after meals. B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. But at first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food two times in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast and fermented foods 4) avoid late night sleeping habits.

Hi One of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful... 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take sarpgandha vati 1-1 tab twice a day....take pranacharya no tens capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid spicy food...junk food...fermented food.....tea...coffee...do pranayama early in the morning....
