Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. This will help improve your appetite and intake. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

My 15 year old daughter is suffering from a backache from almost 2 weeks please reply.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I have toothache from last 2 days. It. Usually occurs with a span of 2-3 month but now it is at it worst.

You may have cavity inside tooth and pulp infection called pulpitis. Get an x-ray done to know about the position of cavity. You may need rct. For temporary relief from pain you can take ketorol dt 2 tabs dissolved in half cup of water. Or ibuprofen after meal. Brush regularly two times daily. Rinse your mouth with chlorhexidine mouthwash for 15 days.

I have pimples and marks since 3-4 year. I tried many medicines and various method but not get effective results so what can do?

Hi, obesity is a serious problem in any age. The common causes are mostly sedentary life style, food habits and may be some medication related. Your father 1st has to be assessed for the reason of his obesity. Then only a proper planning for therapy can be done. But for the time being he can control his diet, has to prevent the total calorie intake as per his diet requirement. You can consult a dietician for that. You can motivate him for morning walk at least thrice in a wk for 30 mints duration. This will help him a lot. Once he starts walking he will feel good. You have to review his medication (with doctor). If wt gain is medication induced has to change or stop the offending agents. Thanks.

Follow these guidelines. Do regular exercise to get muscular body like push ups, plank, yoga etc. Eat small amount of foods but do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods, soft drinks etc. Use unrefined foods. Take watery vegetables, whole fruits etc. Use healthy fats. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use lukewarm water.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Take 1 tab dolo if required, 1 tab pan 40 morning and evening. Take 2 tab lariago ds stat, 1tab lariago ds after 6 hrs, then 1 tab od for 2 days with milk when you are having temprature. It will help. Thank you.

Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use a good tea tree face wash. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 2. Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. Green Tea can also be used as a toner once a day. 3. Diet – Most important thing is diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Reduce junk food intake, colas, alcohol and soda and consume whole grains. Keeping your digestive system healthy keeps your body and blood toxins free. Drink green tea, lemon juice, orange juice and food items containing Vitamin C as it is responsible for maintaining good skin health. Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. 4. Exercise – Exercises, yoga, suryanamaskar improves the blood circulation and balances hormones. They keep skin healthy and boost body’s immunity to deal with several issues and not just acne. Include it in your daily regime.

Hello- you can get a fair skin naturally by following these tips. 1) change your routine. >protect yourself from the sun. >exfoliate your skin a few times a week. Doing manual exfoliation can really help to lighten the skin, since the process takes off dead skin cells. >be realistic with your expectations. Skin that is already naturally dark is very hard to lighten more than a shade or two, especially using natural methods. 2) natural lightening treatments >make a lemon juice rinse. >rub your skin with raw potato. >apply a turmeric paste on your skin. >use pure aloevera gel for skin moisturizing.
