Dear lybrate user apply pure coconut oil daily before sleeping with this a constitutional treatment will definitely give you good results also eat more vegetables and whole fruits drink plenty of water and exercise daily avoid using creams cleansers and face wash use gram fluor and turmeric instead.

No, swelling of uterus is a diagnosis given by quacks to earn money through innocent women. Get and ultrasound done to rule out pid (pelvic inflammatory disease) get back with the report. Pid is treatable with medicines.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. - Take deworming tablets every six month. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.

I am a 34 yrs old housewife. Have 2 daughters - 11 yrs and 1 yr old. I am in continuous pressure for not having a son. This tension is multiplied by my mother in law who wants a grand son desperately. My husband is very much supportive but I am unable to control my thoughts and keep on thinking about it. This is sad, that your mil still wishes for a son in this day and age. Are you also wishing to have a son? what will you lose if you don't have one. These days there are many options like adoption, ivf, surrogacy to get over this problem. Yet this will be your responsibility to take care of another child. Your mil wouldn't be around after some years. You need to be assertive about your dreams. If your husband is with you, then what is the problem in telling your mil unless there are chances of some loss of prestige and respect in family or financial gain. You need to weigh your priorities and decide the pros and cons of each option and see which works for you in the long run with least damage. Stop chemical bleachers and cream over effected parts. Wash your face with warm saline water before using cream. Akpree cream apply over affected areas. Two times daily. If you feel better result then continue it for 3-6months otherwise have private consultation with me for pulse diagnosis and proper treatment.

Hi,Acne is the most common teenage problem.Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes white heads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. Homoeopathy cures acne conditions like blackheads, whiteheads, skin rashes and oily skin very effectively. *Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch , (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2. Take Berberis Aquafolium Q 10 drops with water twice a day. * Management part for the acne-- 1.drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 2. Eat healthy and balanced diet including whole grain meals , green leafy vegetables and fruits. 3. avoid oily , junk and spicy food. *Home remedy for acne-- Crush coriander leaves and take out its juice, then mix it with a pinch of turmeric powder , now apply on acne at night. अवसाद मनोदशा की एक आम लेकिन गंभीर अव्यवस्था है। यह सिर्फ उदास होने की भावना से ज्यादा है। कभी-कभार उदास महसूस करना स्वाभाविक है, लेकिन अगर यह उदास मूड दिन बाद दिन बना रहता है तो यह अवसाद का संकेत हो सकता है। प्रमुख अवसाद अन्य लक्षणों के साथ उदासी या उदासीनता का एक एपिसोड है, जो कम से कम लगातार दो सप्ताह तक रहता है और दैनिक गतिविधियों को बाधित करने के लिए काफी गंभीर है। 

यह गंभीर लक्षणों का कारण बनता है जो आप को सोचना, सोचते हैं, और दैनिक क्रियाकलापों को संभालते हैं, जैसे सोने, भोजन या काम करना। वास्तव में, एक अवसाद से पीड़ित व्यक्तिशायद ऐसा भी महसूस कर सकता है जैसे कि उसकी ज़िंदगी अब और जीने योग्य नहीं है।
अवसाद हल्का, मध्यम या गंभीर हो सकता है। कुछ विशिष्ट प्रकार के अवसाद भी हैं, जो अद्वितीय परिस्थितियों में विकसित होते हैं, जैसे:

  2. गुस्सा, चिड़चिड़ापन या हताशा, यहां तक कि छोटे मामलों पर भी
  3. ज्यादातर या सभी सामान्य गतिविधियों में रुचि या खुशी की हानि, जैसे सेक्स, शौक या खेल
  4. नींद की गड़बड़ी, अनिद्रा या बहुत अधिक सोने सहित
  5. थकान और ऊर्जा की कमी, जिसकी वजह से छोटे कार्यों के लिए भी अतिरिक्त प्रयास की आवश्यकता पड़ती है
  6. भूख में बदलाव
  7. चिंता, व्याकुलता या बेचैनी
  8. नाकाबिल होने या दोषी होने की भावनाएं

  10. आत्महत्या के अक्सर या आवर्तक विचार, और आत्महत्या के प्रयास
  11. अस्पष्टीकृत शारीरिक समस्याएं, जैसे पीठ दर्द या सिर दर्द
  12. अवसाद के कारण

1. बचपन के अनुभव:
बचपन में मुश्किल अनुभवों से गुज़रना या आघात, बाद में जीवन में अवसाद का कारण बन सकता है। जैसे कि:

  1. शारीरिक, यौन या भावनात्मक शोषण
  2. उपेक्षा 
  3. किसी करीबी की हानि
  4. दर्दनाक घटनाएं
  5. अस्थिर पारिवारिक स्थिति

2. जीवन की घटनाएं:

  1. अपनी नौकरी खोना, बेरोजगारी
  2. किसी संबंध का टूटना
  3. वियोग
  4. जीवन में प्रमुख बदलाव, जैसे कि नौकरी बदलना, घर में स्थानांतरण या शादी करना
  5. शारीरिक रूप से या यौन उत्पीड़न किया जा रहा है
  6. धमकाया या दुर्व्यवहार किया जा रहा है
  7. शारीरिक, यौन या भावनात्मक शोषण

3. मानसिक स्वास्थ्य समस्याएं:

मानसिक स्थितियों और समस्याओं जैसे चिंता, पी.टी.एस.डी आदि से भी अवसाद ट्रिगर हो सकता है। यदि आप एक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य समस्या का अनुभव करते हैं, तो यह भी अवसाद का अनुभव करने के लिए सामान्य है।

4. शारीरिक समस्याएं:
खराब स्वास्थ्य आपके अवसाद के विकास के जोखिम को बढ़ा सकता है। कई स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं का प्रबंधन करना काफी मुश्किल हो सकता है, और आपकी मनोदशा को प्रभावित कर सकता है। पुरानी स्वास्थ्य समस्याएं, जीवन-धमकाने वाली बीमारियां, स्वास्थ्य समस्याएं जो आपकी जीवन शैली में काफी बदलाव करती हैं, आदि अवसाद पैदा कर सकती हैं।

  1. कुछ शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य समस्याएं भी अवसाद पैदा कर सकती हैं:
  2. मस्तिष्क और तंत्रिका तंत्र को प्रभावित करने वाली स्थितियां
  3. हार्मोन संबंधी समस्याएं, खासकर थाइरोइड और पैराथाइडर समस्याओं
  4. मासिक धर्म चक्र या रजोनिवृत्ति से संबंधित लक्षण
  5. कम रक्त शर्करा
  6. नींद की समस्याएं

5. जेनेटिक:
अनुसंधान ने दिखाया है कि अगर आपके करीबी परिवार के सदस्य को अवसाद हैं, तो आपके अवसाद अनुभव करने की अधिक संभावना है। 

6. दवा, ड्रग्स और अल्कोहल:

  1. अवसाद कई अलग-अलग दवाइयों का एक साइड इफेक्ट हो सकते है। शराब और ड्रग्स भी अवसाद पैदा कर सकती हैं। 
  2. हालांकि आप शुरू में अपने आप को बेहतर महसूस कराने, या अपने आप को विचलित करने के लिए उनका उपयोग करते हैं, लेकिन अंततः वे आप को और भी बदतर महसूस करा सकते हैं।

7. नींद, आहार और व्यायाम:
एक गरीब आहार, व्यायाम और पर्याप्त नींद की कमी भी आपके मनोदशा को प्रभावित कर सकती है। इस प्रकार वे आपको अवसाद के प्रति अधिक संवेदनशील बना सकते हैं।

Hi lybrate-user, I would recommend you For dark circles use almond oil at night leave for over night, will help fade you under eye circles. And take 1.saptamrit lauh 2 tablets twice in a day with water after meal. Drink plenty amount of water at least 8 to 10 glasses per day. Prefer green vegetables and fruits. Take proper rest at night at least for 6 to 8 hours. If you want to know more or ayurveda medicine for that, contact me again.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time . 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10.Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor
