Hi. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal, 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 4) sleep upto 10.30 pm, 5) avoid coffee and tea, B) take 30 ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA before meals, C) take 2 tablets of gandhak rasayan after meals, Do all things for 30 days. Hello,Homeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. you can't target one body part. You have to achieve overall loss and toning. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. There is no short cut. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure this suggestion will at least help you with initial fat loss.

I am 32 yo male. I have wound like rashes in the groin area, rashes are there for long period of time, they r itchy in the night time. When I use HH DERM Cream, I ll have relief for that day. hello mam, take high protein and high calorie diet. take milk and milk products. take sprouts, mango shake, banana shake, cold coffee, paneer, egg, soy milk, juice with lemon, milk with dates, milk with jaggery, milk with beashan ladu.do stretching exercise alternate day. do cycling daily.don't skip your meals and breakfast specially. have small and frequent meals.
