X-Ray must of bilateral knee seems OA. calcium supplements must do hot fermentation and quadriceps exercise. put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 10 time twice a day if it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment must. avoid long standing and other strain full activity

Hello I am 25 years male virgin .i have one day constipation problem last month. On that day I got multiple bowel moments with difficulty. From that day I got constipation for two days sometimes. From that day the erection of penis slowly decreased when masturbate and before 6 days also my penis erection hardness is low when I masturbate watching porn. Before 3 days I ejaculate while sleeping and yesterday if want to check my erection through seeing porn the penis do not erect little much also. I do not smoke and I do not drink. My weight is 85 kg with 5'9 height. I consulted to some doctor online and he wrote nano leo capsules morning and evening for 15 days and syrup cremaffin for constipation. I have cholesterol, triglyceride problem, it goes up to 268, I have this problem for the last 8 years. I don't take medicine but take home remedies. I. E. When the count goes up (the correct count is 160) I take apple cider vinegar 1 spoon in a glass of water, empty stomach for 8 days and take my test after 10 days, the count comes to normal. I do my blood test every 4 months and this way going on. Eating is normal as I eat every thing. Please advise.

Havin cider is not permanent remedy for tg, try eatng lots of garlic. If you cant have it get it homeopathically allium sativum,(biochemic) nat phos. All the Mal alignment of jaw depend on severity of discrepancy with upper and lower jaw. If its much then it will need surgical option. If its minor brace therapy may work alone. Just review the dentist and get all assessment done.For better result depending on assessment price can be judged.

Based on your symptoms it is important to rule out PCO first. I would advice you to get a serum testosterone , FSH ,LH, Prolactin ,TSH and a Pelvic USG done .Treatment will then depend on these results.

Hello! Treat your skin gently. Always apply sunscreen half an hour before going out in the sun. Reapply sunscreen every 3-4 hours till evening. Keep your skin covered in pollution and dust. If you think that applying great products alone will give you glowing skin, then you are wrong. You are what you eat. Nutrition plays an important role to keep you glowing inside out. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains. Try to limit intake of junk, smoke and alcohol as these harm your skin the most. One key point I would emphasize here is to exfoliate your skin regularly. Regular exfoliation can be done both by using natural products like gram flour and yogurt or fullers earth. Using sunscreen after exfoliation is must, so never skip the sunscreen. Exfoliation along with daily moisturization works wonders on your skin. Pamper your skin once in a week with a good face mask, massage and a relaxing bath. See a Dermatologist personally. Your dermatologist will decide a treatment plan for you after a consultation.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Kali brom 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Berberis aquifolium q (10 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

Hi, The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. 1.Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2.Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3.Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4.Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.
