Correct your diet. Consume plenty of pulses, legumes, sprouts, grams, soya and nuts. If you r nonvegetarian, have meat, fish, milk and milk products in plenty. Drink lots of water. Avoid stressing over your hair fall since dopamine released can decrease hair further. Stay away from chemicals like hair dyes, bleaches. Avoid straighteners and hot combs. Overwashing and overshampooing can make your hair fall. Wash your hair twice a week and shampoo on the same day. Use mild shampoos. Massage scalp thoroughly to increase blood circulation. Towel dry hair, do not use blow dryers. Make sure not to sleep with wet damp hair. Comb hair regularly before going out. Protect your hair from sun. Stay away from alcohol and caffeinated drinks like coffee and cola since they produce antioxidants which damage free radicals. Exercise regularly for it promotes blood flow and enhances healthy, shiny hair growth. Yoga and meditation help destress. You vil need to take biotin tablets everyday after breakfast.

Hi. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin Folli Hair once daily for 1 month.

A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Women's Common Problems

Psychological Counselling
Some common issues of women juggling with multiple roles are:

  • Floating anxiety
  • Stress of managing work
  • Inability to prioritize work and a piling list of “things to do”
  • Inability to fall asleep
  •  Constant complaint of fatigue and tiredness
  • Lack of interest sex
  •  Extreme feelings of guilt
  • Loss of self confidence

Solution

  • Have realistic expectations from self: even god can’t keep everyone happy.
  • Plan and be far sited: before taking up new role be sure and set expectations with your family.
  •  Seek help from family and spouse: it’s ok to ask your spouse to help. Don’t except that they will understand.
  • Nurture independence: ensure you family gains independence including your child, which will reduce your work.
  •  Take in your plate as much you can: communicate to your family how much you will be able to do. Be assertive.
  •  Don’t be ashamed of few things that you are unable to do.
  • Make your husband your best friend.
  •  Don’t be afraid to set your expectations from your family.
