Just stay natural and cool first, take adequate cow milk and ghee and eat sprouts and fruits also. Also massage and oiling and avoiding excesses helps. Good sleep on sides better than on stomach or back.

You are allergic to sunrays so you should avoid exposure to sunrays asvfarvas possible and you should use sunglasses when exposed to sun rays. Take a tablet of cetrezine as and when required. Have plenty of! water by mouth apply suncream to exposed parts of the body when you go out.

For being healthy you should eat meal on time do break fast hevey lunch lesser than breakfast. And dinner lesser than lunch. 1. Have pomegranate juice at morning 2. Amala juice 2 tsp + honey 2 tsp + crystal sugar 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning.

It's an emergency. Consult an ent surgeon. Get your hearing assessment done. (pta and tymapnometry) if it shows loss of hearing due to sensorineural hearing loss, you have to be started on high dose steroids and antiviral medications. Don't neglect this. First 48 hours is very crucial in any case of sudden hearing loss.

Hye. Thankyou for your query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice, half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

1. Firstly please do not believe advertisements. Do your own research first. 2. Low GI does not mean you can eat anything unlimited. 3. Low GI index - below 55 are prefereble over high GI for diabetic persons. 4. Low GI and more fiber is what you should aim for. 5. Smaller portions and regular meals is what helps. 6. In addition, depending on your day routine you have to balance your calories so that you do not overeat. 6a. Cut down all sugars/Juices/sweets/biscuits/cakes etc. 7. Do exercise and Yoga regularly. 8. Right now your weight is in control. Even pre-diabetes can be brought under control with proper diet and exercise. 9. Try to stabilise this ailment without medicine.

Hi, do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Body fuel is good gainer. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs, chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals. Diet and workouts go a long way in helping you gain strength to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you burn. When you gain weight, some will be fat and some will be muscle. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. To improve bodyfat percentage and gain weight, you must cycle through phases of gaining muscle and losing fat. I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

I am a tailor and when I put my legs on sewing machine, my right leg nearly becomes numb and I can not work the machine with it and after that there is a lot of pain in my calf although I have no problems in walking and there is no pain generally but when I do that work it suddenly starts at that area of my right leg. This problem is only in right leg not in left one. Pls tell me wht it is and how it can b cured by home remedies.

Hello lybrate user the kind of pain you have described it may cause due to two reasons either due to scitica or vericose vein. Just examine your calf muscle of right leg and vein structure if veins in that area are not stright it looks like a net of veins it is definetly vericose vein. If they are striaght then it must be scitica pain. Scitica is nerve which extend from lumber region upto toes of both legs. If it is compressed on any side right or left due to gap in lumber vertebra pt feels such a pain in that leg only. So just chek it out and also I want to tell you that no home remedy will able to cure any of these two disease you hav to seek help of perticular expert. I hope this ans will help you find what is your problem.
