i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

Hello. Please mention your current weight and height? It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

I had sex on 1st april with protection of condom and I had taken unwanted 72 after 3hours. After that I had nausea and body pain and fever. After that I had sex on 4th april with condom. Today 8th april I got light brownish color bleeding. Not like periods. Is I pregnant? I had my periods on 19th march previously and I am not regular on my periods. Firstly if you are using condom no need to use unwanted 72, its a poison that damages your body and your future career as a mother. After sex check the condom clearly if its not torn or damage than how can you become pregnant. Hello, along with medicines your son need to satisfy his nutritional requirement for vitamin D & iron through diet. You need to focus on Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon. Foods fortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals. Beef liver. Cheese, Egg yolks in proper quantity. To improve iron level he should include liver, sunflower seeds, nuts, beef, lamb, beans, whole grains, dark leafy greens (spinach), dark chocolate, and tofu. I am following a diet plan since January 2017 to loose weight. Initially I came to know that there is fat on my lover due to which I am not​able to loose weight. Hello, Milk,sadly is not the only source of complete nutrition. Milk also lacks in a lot of vital nutrients. You should ensure you need to have something with it like oats or may some other porridge. Eating single food for a particular meal can simply make you deficient in other vital nutrients.

Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Actually my friend has put on weight suddenly 2 years back there drastic change in her waist and breast size. And her tummy is growing day by day. And she even had period problems, a test has shown that she has an ovarian cyst at its start stage 3 months back. But this month she got her periods but the flow was not like how it used to be before. Is the cyst gone? And how can she loose wait at those places.

Please note that due to hormonal imbalance she has all the issue -- weight gain/cyst etc. Please do a Thyroid profile test - T3/T4/TSH. Please do morning walk (brisk-walking)/ treadmill/swimming for at least 60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Do never skip meals. Take a heavy breakfast. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods. The best way to burn more calories is to build muscle through resistance training. For each pound of muscle that you gain, you burn approximately 50-70 calories in addition per day (5 pounds of muscle gain equates to burning 250-350 calories a day!) That’s fantastic motivation to start a workout program. Please follow the above for next 4 weeks and revert for further treatment.

 ऐसे बहुत सारे लोग हैं जो अंतरंग संबंधों का आनंद पोर्न देखने के बाद लेते हैं हालांकि सरकार ने 850 से अधिक पोर्न साइट बैन करने की बात कही है। सोशल मीडिया में पोर्न साइट बंद करने की बात वायरल हो रही हैं हालांकि इस बारे में लोगों की अपनी-अपनी राय है।  वैसे अब तो पोर्न देखना आम सी बात हो गई है लेकिन आज भी लोगों के मन में यह सवाल उठता है कि पोर्न देखना बुरा हैं या अच्छा। शायद लोगों को इस बात की जानकारी नहीं कि बहुत ज्यादा पोर्न देखने से आपकी सेक्स लाइफ और सेहत दोनों प्रभावित हो सकती हैं। 
कई रिसर्च कहती हैं कि पोर्न देखने के फायदे हैं तो कई रिसर्च इसके बुरे प्रभावों के बारे में बताती हैं। साथ ही एक सवाल और भी उठता है कि क्या पोर्न देखने से सेक्स क्षमता कम होती है। कई लोगों के लिए तो यह एक हानिरहित व्याकुलता है। 
वैसे आज हम आपको पोर्न देखने से लाइफ पर होने वाले बुरे असर के बारे में बताएंगेः

1. दिमाग का सिकुड़ना
एक रिसर्च के अनुसार, जो मर्द बहुत ज्यादा पोर्नोग्राफी देखते हैं उनका दिमाग सिकुड़ जाता है और उनकी सैक्सुयल संवेदनाएं भी कम हो जाती है। रिसर्च में तो यह भी दिखाया गया है कि रोजाना पोर्न देखने से शारीरिक नुकसान भी होता है हालांकि यह बात पूरी तरह से साबित नहीं हो पाई है लेकिन जिन लोगों के दिमाग का स्ट्रेटम छोटा होता है उन्हें पोर्न देखने का नुकसान अधिक होता है।

2. असंतुष्टि 
पॉर्न मॉडल्स का कमाल का फिगर और सुंदरता काफी हद तक मेकअप, कॉस्मेटिक सर्जरी और फोटोशॉप वगैरह पर निर्भर रहते हैं। लेकिन पॉर्न देखने वाले भी निजी जिंदगी में वोही पाना और करना चाहते हैं जो वे पोर्न में देखते हैं, जिस कारण उन्हें सेक्स में सैटिस्फेक्शन नहीं होती। वह अपने पार्टनर से खुश नहीं रहते। उनके दिल दिमाग में यह बात आती है कि उनका पार्टनर उतना सुंदर और आकर्षक नहीं है।

3. कामोत्तेजना पर बुरा असर पड़ता है
अगर तो दोनों पार्टनर बैठकर एक साथ पोर्न देखते हैं तो इस मामले में यह सैक्स का आनंद लेने का एक तरीका हो सकता है लेकिन अगर दोनों में एक पोर्न देखने में बिजी है तो यह संबंध एक त्रिकोण का काम करता है। बहुत सारी महिलाओं का मानना है कि कामोत्तेजना के लिए पोर्न फिल्म का सहार लेने से कामोत्तेजना पर असर पड़ता है।

4. ऑक्सीटोसिन 'लव हार्मोन' में कमी
ऑक्सीटोसिन एक शक्तिशाली 'लव हार्मोन' है जो पुरुष और महिलाओं दोनों को बंधन में बांधने में मदद करता है लेकिन पोर्न फिल्‍मों में जिस तरह से एक्‍टर सेक्स करने में अपने किरदार को निभाते हैं। उस निकटतम बंधन से ऑक्‍सीटोसिन कही खो जाता है।

5. ठीक से नहीं करते फोरप्ले
चुंबन सेक्स का एक अहम हिस्सा है, जिसमें जोड़े काफी मजा लेते हैं। यह बहुत ही अच्छा और करीबी अहसास होता है ले‍किन देखा गया है कि पोर्न की लत वाले लोग किस और फोरप्ले ठीक से नहीं कर पाते हैं।

6. संबंधों में जल्दबाजी
पोर्न उत्तेजित व्‍यक्ति के लिए किस एक बहुत ही धीमी गति से और बहुत अंतरंग होता है इसलिए वह इनसे जुड़ने की बजाए अपना ध्‍यान अलग-अलग तरह की यौन स्थितियों को जल्‍दी-जल्‍दी करने के लिए केंद्रित करता है। इस व्‍यवहार से आप में अपने साथी के प्रति अलगाव की भावना पैदा कर सकता है।

7. दिमाग के विकास पर प्रभाव

न्‍यूरोसाइंटिस्‍ट की मानें तो बहुत ज्‍यादा पोर्न देखने से दिमाग के विकास पर प्रभाव पड़ता है और इससे मनोविकार भी हो सकता है। अगर आप ऐसे व्‍यक्ति के साथ रिश्‍ते में हो तो आपको अंतरंगता के लिए नुकसान का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।

Drink water 30 mins before and 30 mins after the meals. Some other points to keep in mind: Eat fresh, sattvic food of the best quality you can afford. Do not eat unless you feel hungry. Do not drink unless you feel thirsty. If you are hungry and you drink instead of eating, the liquid will dissolve the digestive enzymes and reduce your gastric fire. Sit, don’t stand, to eat. When eating, eat. That is, don’t read, watch TV, or be distracted by too much conversation. Focus on the food. Chew well, at least 32 times per mouthful. This enables the digestive enzymes in the mouth to do their work properly. Eat at a moderate speed. Don’t gobble your food.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

1. Start taking 3-4 fruits everyday. 2. Drink a glass of lemon water in morning and evening. 3. Eat more vegetables. Eat 2 cucumbers daily 4. Take 20 almonds everyday. 5. Eat small meals/ small snack every 3 hours. Eat slowly chew properly. 6. Remove all fried foods / puri/parathas/pakoras from diet. 7. Eat proteins like a cup of dal, lobia, dried peas, rajma with every meal. 8. Take curds/ paneer regularly. 9. Cut down colas and juices. 10. Reduce junk foods samosas, pizzas, burger, fries etc. Do 60 mins of intensive exercise/dance/aerobics everyday.

Hello lybrate-user, all carbs (carbohydrates) are not the same. There are two types of carbs complex carbs and simple carbs. Whole foods like unpolished rice, millets, raw vegetables, leafy vegetables comes under complex carbs and these are very good carbs as they help to maintain your insulin levels. It is ok to eat this complex carbs if you want to loose weight. In fact 80% of indian diet is composed of carbs.
