Post operative instructions like avoiding cold food/drinks to be followed and some sinus (polyp) tend to recur in which you need to undergo again surgery.

Paracetamol 500 mg three times a day along with check for ruling out infection and wax impaction in which case you need to use other medication accordingly.

If it is more than 3 months we call it chronic and surgery (f. E. S. S) advised. Pain killers should not be used with out prescription.

If blood percentage is less you need to use heamatinics where as for other problems like hypothyroidism you need to use hormone supplementation.
