it may be due to viral infections thereby feeling uneasyness, fatigue, bodyache, headeche and mailaise etc do warm saline gargle regularly, have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin C thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection.

I have flu from so many days how should I do so that I can reduce the flu any medicine which can cures it.

You are taking very less dose of azithromycin you have yo take 500 mg tab twice a day for five days.

Sneezing, sore throat, a stuffy nose, coughing - everyone knows the symptoms of the common cold. It is probably the most common illness. In the course of a year, people in the united states suffer 1 billion colds. What can you do for your cold or cough symptoms? besides drinking plenty of fluids and getting plenty of rest, you may want to take medicines. There are lots of different cold and cough medicines, and they do different things. Nasal decongestants - unclog a stuffy nose...i.e ................ nasal dop/spray.....nasivion Cough suppressants - quiet a cough...................................... syp. Brozedax Expectorants - loosen mucus so you can cough it up.............syp...zeet expectorant Antihistamines - stop runny noses and sneezing.....................tab/syp....levocetirizine Pain relievers - ease fever, headaches, and minor aches and pains.......tab..flucold plus . Here are some other things to keep in mind about cold and cough medicines. Read labels, because many cold and cough medicines contain the same active ingredients. Taking too much of certain pain relievers can lead to serious injury. Do not give cough medicines to children under four, and don't give aspirin to children. Finally, antibiotics won't take. tests cbc.

Now seasons of viral infections. pl. Go for Tests..mp,cbc.urine r/m,ns1, blood c/s, After tests you can take antibiotics by doctor. You can take tab. Combiflaim sos , tab. Lcz-10 mg once a day. Cap. Zevit once a day.syp. Honeytus 10 ml twice a day. Never take asprin medicines. feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area,cold things .i.e. ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods,spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest ,

L experienced that in cold season l suffer cough, cold and light fewer. After two 2-3 day it's increased. Blood will come out morning first spitting only its not cure normal medicine. Using high antibiotic it will cure its starting 7-8 year back. First it's appear yearly once. But now it's repeated 2-3 time in a year while this condition l felt nervous. Examine with ct scan. Report is shown as COPD. I want to treatment for cure for permanently. Thanks.

Dear lybateuser, - You have avoid triggers of COPD, quit smoking if you do, avoid air pollution - for breathlessness take medication - do regular exercise like walking, slow jogging, yoga, deep breathing in fresh air as it will improve your lung capacity & reserves - take regular medication as prescribed by your doctor.

take sinarest one tab at night for 3 days. take dolo 650 mg one sos for fever , if it is more than 100 F. consult if not ok in 3 days.

take sinarest one tab at night for 3 days. take honitus 2 tsf 2 times a day for one week. do gargle . take steam. inform if not ok.
