For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in fat and high in fibre. Avoid bakery products. Avoid too much rice and potato. Avoid fried stuff. Avoid chocolate, cakes, ice cream, soft drinks and fruit juices. Eat lots of vegetables. Walk for at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week. Medicine and insulin will work better if you follow diet and exercise. Medication will depend upon blood sugar level.

It is very essential to cleanse and exfoliate inner thigh area skin every day just as we do with our faces. When we neglect other parts while pampering face, this results in dark itchy skin. So ----------- 1. Apply olive oil twice a week 2. Apply moisturising cream daily when ever you apply it on face-- 3. Right now for itching apply this homoeopathic cream twice daily. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

I'm losing my hear quickly and my hairs are maximum white I tried all shampoo and oil so please help me for this.
Hair is primarily made of protein and, therefore, it makes sense to eat a protein-rich diet if you’re trying to maintain your healthy hair. However, eating a steak every day isn’t going to help you. High-fat diets will result in increased testosterone levels, which has been linked to hair loss -- so steaks are not among the foods that prevent hair loss. Stick to leaner proteins such as fish (which has a myriad of health benefits beyond just maintaining your hair), chicken, calf’s liver, brewer’s yeast, low-fat cheese, eggs, almonds, beans, and yogurt. Soy milk and tofu are also smart to add to your diet because they are high in protein and low in bad fats.

These are not hormones my friend, this is vaginal fluid or secretion what you are talking about. The very first thing you need to understand is, the vaginal fluid is secreted only and only when a lady is aroused and ready for sexual intercourse. Since you say it is not the case with you, let me tell you that a good relationship with the partner is needed, you must have good conversation in a healthy and happy environment and the most important thing is foreplay, a good foreplay will solve your problem I think. Hope helped. Regards.

DIET/FOOD THERAPY FOR HAIRFALL

BHMS
Homeopath, Sindhudurg
DIET/FOOD THERAPY FOR HAIRFALL
A wholesome diet, rich in silica, calcium and iron, will help reduce or prevent hair loss. Green, leafy vegetables, especially sea vegetables, are good mineral sources. Raw oats provide silica. Dried fruits and cherry juice are rich sources of iron.

For women, thinning hair or hair loss can be a sign of a problem in the gastrointestinal tract. It could be a sign of insufficient stomach acids; it could also mean a deficiency of protein, zinc and other nutrients. Taking two acidophilus tablets after or between meals (four to six tablets per day) for two months will help.

For men, balding process can be slowed down by taking a low-fat diet. Some scientists postulate that the male pattern baldness is tied to increased testosterone levels during puberty. A high-fat, meat-based diet raises testosterone levels, and that may adversely affect hair follicles.

Anemia is one of the most frequent causes of hair loss. Eat plenty of iron-rich foods, like liver (avoid if you are pregnant) and other organ meat, whole grain cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, eggs, dates, and raisins.

The hair is comprised mostly of protein. To encourage hair growth, adhere to a diet rich in protein. A recommended diet for this purpose includes calves liver, brewer's yeast, wheat germ, and two tablespoons of granulated lecithin. Along with protein, these foods are also high in b vitamins, an important nutrient for hair.

European studies have found that soy protein reinforces hair and stimulates its growth. In one study, the hair growth increased by 15 percent. Tofu and soy milk are good sources of soy protein. Other good sources of protein are: low-fat cheese, eggs, fish, beans, brewer's yeast and yogurt.

Some scientists claim that they have effectively stopped further hair loss by adding silica to their shampoo. This can be applied externally to regrow already lost hair. Silica is found in the outer coverings of potatoes, green and red peppers and cucumbers. Bean sprouts are also high in silica. Eat whole foods including sprouts.

Vitamin c improves the absorption of iron. Include a good serving of fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Vitamin e is important for healthy hair growth. Eat avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil on a regular basis.

If hair loss is due to thyroid dysfunction, eat more foods rich in vitamin a and iodine. Eat vegetables such as carrots or spinach in unrefined, cold-pressed seed oils such as flax, walnut or pumpkin seed and sea salt. Take turnips, cabbage, mustard, soy beans, peanuts, pine nuts and millet if there is a deficiency of iodine.

Caution: excessive intake of vitamin a can cause hair loss.

I am 21 year old. I am suffering from red eyes for last two weeks its so painful what the solution of this problem.
Red eye has many causes. You have to see if it is associated with blurring of vision, pain, discharge and other complaints. But commonly its allergic or infective in origin ie allergic or infective conjunctivitis. Which has simple treatment protocol. But still its wise to see an ophthalmologist for a thorough slit lamp examination to rule out other differentials for red eye.

Hello lybrate-user, try meditative relaxation techniques like anapanisati where you concentrate on observing your breath. This deep relaxation method can control your BP. Coconut water, pomegranate juice, wheat-grass juice all are powerful foods that will help keep BP healthy. Make sure you do Yogasana as the stretching stimulated proper circulation and blood vessel health which is vital in good BP health. Reduce or cut down on outside foods, packaged foods and old foods. Sleep well and stay positive. Best wishes for Diwali.

I am 42 years old. I feel my vision is losing. Are there any exercises or any other ways to increase vision power?

FICO, DNB Ophtalmology

I am 42 years old. I feel my vision is losing. Are there any exercises or any other ways to increase vision power?
Hello from the symptoms described by you, it could be vision loss for near objects. You might have problems for reading, writing, etc. This is better known as" presbyopia" this happens around the age of 38 to 42 years because of reduction in the elasticity of fibers that suspend the lens and keep it in place. Due to the loss of elasticity, a person feels difficulty for near vision objects. It would be a good idea to get an eye check up done in person and get your refraction (eye power) evaluated. In that way, any other reason for decreased vision would be detected and tackled accordingly.

BHMS
Homeopath, Agra
Hai I am sumit, 32 years old nd suffered with high hairfall nd suffered with baldness. Any remedy solution.
1. Wash hair sparingly and use a good-quality shampoo. Washing hair too often can leave hair dried out, leached of its natural oils, and may damage your hair. Aim to shampoo your hair at most every other day or even only twice a week. 2. Try shampoos that do not contain sulfates or parabens. Sulfates are the chemicals that make shampoos lather up. Parabens are preservatives that cause irritation and eye problems after prolonged use. Both of these chemicals aren't healthy for you or the environment so try to use shampoos with natural cleansers 3. Use conditioner that matches your hair type, length, and treatment damage. A good rule of thumb is to condition every time you shampoo your hair, although very processed or dyed hair probably needs a little more love than natural hair 4. Be careful about using hair care products with too much protein. Too much protein can leave your hair feeling desiccated and brittle. While protein is the building block of healthy hair, use conditioners that come with balanced ingredients. 5. Rinse your hair with vinegar before shampooing, twice a year. Doing this helps to make your hair look shinier and cleaner; plus, it treats dandruff. Use 1 part vinegar (preferably organic apple cider vinegar) to 3 parts warm water, then rinse and wash your hair as normal. 6. Moisturize your hair. Use five oils: almond, castor, olive, coconut and lavender oils. Mix together equal proportions of each. Alternately, use egg oil. Apply to the hair and leave in for four hours prior to showering out. Repeat twice a week. 7. Eat healthily. Give your hair the right amount of vitamins. Since hair is made of proteins, eat a balanced diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better. Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair. In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair. Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing. 8. Remove stress from your life. Physical and mental stressors will keep your hair from realizing its full potential. Stress can cause hair loss, so try not to let stress overcome you. This means finding healthy emotional outlets for your stress: yoga, biking, meditation, or other forms of exercise all work well. 9. Tips Stress has a bigger impact than you think. Meditation can be very helpful, as well as exercise. --Put an oil on your hair at night before going to shower because this makes your hair shiny. --Do not sleep with wet or damp hair. This will weaken the follicles and make hair strands brittle. Blow dry in low heat at the roots before bed. --Most people use more shampoo than they need. Depending on hair length, you probably only need about a quarter sized dollop. --Don't blow dry hair too frequently. Frequent blow drying, or use of other heat products, can stress your hair. --Rinse your hair under cold water after you finish shampooing and conditioning to make it shine and look even more luscious than it was before. •When towel drying, don't rub the hair vigorously. This splits the hair. Try using a micro fiber towel as they soak up lots of moisture. --You can naturally strengthen your hair by mixing carrots, or Vitamin Water together in a blender and rubbing gently into hair before you wash. Be sure to wash out well. You can also purchase my package for the treatment of hairfall. If you want permanent homoeopathic cure, then consult me.

What is the cure for early ejaculation. The only problem is it ejaculates in initial 2-3 minutes only.

PGD IN ULTRAASONOGRAPHY, Non invasive cardiology course, MD - Medicine, MBBS

What is the cure for early ejaculation. The only problem is it ejaculates in initial 2-3 minutes only.
Masturbate first Masturbate to orgasm an hour or two before intercourse; this can help delay ejaculation during sex. Try the stop-start technique Masturbate alone, but do it with a dry hand, almost to the point of ejaculation, and then stop. Do this three times; the fourth time, ejaculate. After many sessions of practice, you will gain some control. Then begin to increase the stimulation, first using lubrication and your own hand, then ask your wife to masturbate you, then try vaginal penetration. Consistent practice will lead to results. Hold off on penetration Avoid penetration for the first 15 minutes of lovemaking. Focus on other sexual play to take the pressure off. Try the squeeze technique Have sex until you feel close to ejaculation. At that point, gently squeeze the end of the penis (where the “head” meets the shaft) for several seconds. Stop having sex for 30 seconds, and then start again. Repeat this pattern until you want to ejaculate. Do Kegels Kegel exercises strengthen the pubococcygeus (PC) muscle, which contracts during orgasm; a well-toned muscle means better control. (To locate the muscle: When you urinate, tense up and interrupt the flow; what you’re clenching is the PC muscle.) Do several sets of Kegels every day.
