Pain is coming from lumber ok sacro iliac joint both side right n left and sciatica notch area take 4 channel TENS or IFT over lumber region and sciatica notch area to down wards and heal area 20 days after 5 days yu feel comfort use soft sole shoe inside inner sole -medicated heal area 1st yu see the product then yu purchase shoe due to body weight do toe bending exercise daily.

Get your pulmonary function tests done. If there is any element of obstructive airway disease, then appropriate measures can be suggested. Do regular exercises and yoga for improving your inspiratory reserve.

Can I do gym excercises if I was gone through the lower back pain 3 months back. As per doctor this pain is due to muscels stretch.

For viral fevers you need to give anti viral drugs with in first 2 days. But most of the viral fevers heal spontaneously and no antibiotics will work in viral fevers. Take paracetamol 500 2-3 times a day for fever and headache. And take plenty of hot liquids. Reduce spices in food.

My father is facing too much inflammation in lower part of his foot please suggest me.

Please specify which part of the foot are you talking about, is it forefoot with involved toes, mid foot or the hind foot with heels as a main cause of pain because there are different causes of pain in different regions of the foot. Hi Headache could be because of various reasons. Your headache could be due to stress/fatigue/tension or it could be an indication to another type of headache called migraine. Since the exact cause of your headache and symptoms are not known, I would advise the following - 1. Try to take rest for 1-2 hours. 2. Distract yourself from TV/ Computer or anything that puts a pressure on your eyes and head. 3. Keep yourself stress free. 4. Try to take adequate sleep. 5. Take Tablet Paracetamol 500mg after taking food. Share your symptoms in detail including status of your blood pressure and eye sight, I will prepare an advice accordingly. ***Get Well Soon*** “Yoga/meditation has a great relaxation power.”

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.
