I have ring worms in both groin & underarms area one in front of chest nipple (around). Starting, I used clob-mg cream but it doesn't heal me. Then I consult doctor & prescribe Terbinafine 250 mg tablets (2 in a day) for 1 month & Amfy gel (0.1% w/w). I consume these medicines for around 2 weeks but I can't see any effect regarding itching & cleanness of skin but previously ringworms are surrounded by Pus but now it gets dry & seems like dry skin (white rashes like). So please advice me that what I do now or what I have to eat in my day to day process.

Terbinafine is the treatment of choice in tinea infection. it may two weeks to show improvement and a prolonged therapy may be required to prevent relapse.do not use clob-mg cream. Measures to prevent recurrence of Jock itch include weight reduction (if obese), wearing less occlusive clothing, drying thoroughly after bathing, using topical antifungal powders, laundering contaminated clothing, and treating concomitant onychomycosis or tinea pedis if present.

I get tired even I do a little bit work I take complete diet daily but I am suffering from weakness what should I have to do?

The reason of weakness is pain, the person can able to muscle work but it will hurt. Fatigue is feeling of tiredness or a need of rest because of lack of energy or strength. But you should increase your weight. Increase your eating. Eat more often. Use weight gainer supplement. Take dense fruits and vegetables. Add jam, jelly, butter, ghee, cream with food. Use whole cream milk. Add cream with milk/tea/coffee. Add extra healthy oil in cooking. Take more protein in diet. Take nuts and seeds. Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals. Take proper sleep.

According to your height you should have 70 kg.Do follow these...Eat extra amount of food more frequently.Add ghee,cream,butter,cheese jam,jelly extra with foods.Take dense fruits,vegetables,refined foods with unrefined foods.Take more protein to gain weight.Use bigger plate.Use more healthy fats in cooking.Take nuts,seeds more.Drink lots of water but not during meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Use weight gainer nutritional supplements.Do exercise like push ups,sit ups,weight lifting or other muscle building exercise to build muscle.Take proper rest.Do medical check ups if you are suffering from any health problems or not.

Hello, We need to make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator. -Standing while you work can help your body get more activity than if you were just sitting down. Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and maintain your muscles. -Do more chores. Lots of household chores actually involve a lot of exercise and being better about doing chores can be a great way for you to fit activity and exercise into your day. -Aim to exercise for a total of 30 minutes per day and you’ll easily be able to maintain your fitness level. -Some exercises will be more efficient than others, and choosing these more efficient exercises means that the small amount of time that you do spend exercising will really count. Try to choose exercises that focus on your core muscles, since your legs and arms can get activity through daily activities like lifting bags of groceries and walking a longer distance from your car. Try squats, planks, burpees. -Get indulge into some activity at home like riding a bicycle, swimming, playing active games with your kids. -Eating right. Cut out unhealthy fats and take in healthy fats. The easiest way to identify unhealthy fats is to look for “solid” fats, or fats that are solid at room temperature. Get plenty of protein. Protein will help you maintain your muscles and also give you the energetic feeling that you may be missing now that you’re getting less exercise. Good protein sources include skinless chicken, turkey, salmon, anchovies, sardines, oysters, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and peas. Eat properly portioned, balanced meals. Generally, about ⅓ of your plate should be fruits and vegetables and ⅓ of your plate should be grains. The final third should be a mix of protein and low-fat dairy (cottage cheese, eggs, non-fat milk, etc). -Drinking enough water also has the added bonus of keeping your hunger level down, helping you to maintain the lower calorie count that you’ll be getting now that you’re not exercising as much.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. .avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption.
