First you need examination and check up for proper evaluation of condition of your teeth than treatment can be suggested. Consult endodontist for expert opinion.

Avoid chewy candy in your diet as they tend to stick to your enamel for a longer time localizing the sugars there.
Any food in moderation is good. So even an occasional candy is good for your teeth!

Hello, you should consult a physician personally so that he can analyse the problem correctly and give you better suggestions. Try to do facial exercises so that muscles can be relaxed. take care.

Drinking a cup of tea everyday helps in keeping the gums and teeth healthy as it contains high amounts of flouride and flavonoids which prevent harmful bacteria from sticking to the teeth.

Take a mild pain killer but get checked by dentist to rule out fracture of jaw or any cracks in jaws with help of X-ray.

Wisdom teeth which are not fully erupted in the mouth due to lack of space can get infected. They need to be surgically removed by cutting the tooth into pieces. Bone removal if required should be minimum. For further details, you may consult me.

It's related to dentist. I was taking treatment for gums bleeding from 3 years. He guided me to go through teeth scaling every 3 month. I was following that .in October He old to do x-ray. I did x-ray and after seeing x-ray he told me that we need surgery for gums. I was ok with that. Even date of surgery was fixed. But my mind condition was very afraid so I didn't go there. Now tell me is there any another option than surgery of gums. Gums bleeding is major problem for me and I will never go through surgery. Guide me please my contact no 9762436537.

Dear Friend, Bleeding is the primary signal of inflamed gums. Gum problems are usually painless and so is unnoticeable by clients. Surgical procedure is decided by dentist based on your clinical conditions and the Xray (ex: Bone loss). As suggested the early the procedure done if required the best the results are and the life of your teeth and overall health. (Gums disease is inversely proportional to Tooth life, More the delay less the tooth life). The procedure is done in local anesthesia and you will be at comfortable zone. Hope this is helpful and boost you confidence.
