Chewing a sugarless gum after your meal for around 20 minutes freshens your breath and also make the leftover food particles cling to it.

Hi,
you need to get a professional cleaning done. If that does not help then you may go for teeth whitening.

I am assuming you have a problem with your wisdom tooth. If you have a problem with that tooth, usually the best option is to extract. However, if it is another tooth, then extraction is usually done only as a last resort. If you are not sure about the opinion of your dentist, you can always see another dentist, or an Oral Surgeon, for a second opinion.

Drinking a cup of tea everyday helps in keeping the gums and teeth healthy as it contains high amounts of flouride and flavonoids which prevent harmful bacteria from sticking to the teeth.

Hello,
pain could be because of tooth decay or eruption of wisdom tooth, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Get an x-ray done if required. If there is cavity get it filled. If there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. If the pain is because of wisdom tooth you can do salt water rinses, this will help to relieve your pain temporarily. If required get it removed.
