that means unknown insect or mosquito bite.do not worry malaria symptoms are high fever a high withb shiverivering associated with bodyache headache and weaknesses. And the fever is not continuous. intermittent in nature with remission of fever with lot of sweating and cold stage begins. and it is not contagious by touch or cough and cold. it is caused by the bite inflected female anopheles mosquito. it can be confir mm ed by blood examination during febrile conditions. so watch nforbthevsame or else B consult a doctor near your locality. I am way too depressed to do anything. I want to forget somethings in life. It is difficult moving on. It makes me feel miserable and helpless. I have not intentions of hurting myself but when I get too much into stuff that is bothering me I loose control. My anger is on its peak and I seem to be quite helpless about that too. Hello... take tab. Paracetamol -500 mg sos for pain. tab. sinarest twice a day. To make better immunity take Powder protinex 1 tsf with milk once a day after meal. there many causes of headache i.e. eye disease or vision problems, stress, fever, high B.P. , acidity, injury, migraine, incomplete sleep, cervical pain, constipation, pl. checkup your B.P. blood sugar level, cbc, after tests consult again. Avoid stress, avoid fatty meal, oily foods , take lemon tea, take protein diet or amino acid diets, take good sleep at night, take green veg., plenty of water. Juice, Welcome in lybrate .

There is nothing special to be done. Eat right,(half of your food should be fruits and vegetables.) you can go for brisk walk for 20 mins daily. Please get regular check up from your doctor.

Dear, follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin: • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.

Dear lybrate-user warm greetings, weight loss with appropriate diet and regular exercises should take care of your problems. It seems like a strech pain of your fatty liver radiating to the area mentioned. For controlling uric acid - switching over to vegetarian diet, avoid bakery products, pulses and high protein content foods shall be regulated heavily. Avoid tomatoes, cabbage, carrot. Hair fall can occur due to many reasons like stress, chemical damage, nutritional deficiency, enviornmental factors etc. We need to access the exact reason to start treatment. Home remedy. Take 100ml coconut oil boil 2-4 pcs of amla fruit n 8-10 curry leaves in that oil till fruit n leaves turn black. Filter and strain. Massage it on scalp with finger tips gently. Wash hair next morning with curd mixed with besan. In ready to use you can start using rishi grow hair oil at bed time & wash with robin plus herbal shampoo. Use clean oil if dandruff is the reason as this oil treats it in just two applications along with reducing itching. Internal ayurvedic medicines if required will be provided after studying your bodily constitution as per ayurveda. Do it for two months and your hair fall will reduce to normal. As it's a very slow process so you can't see results in a week. Eat more of green leafy vegies and fresh seasonal fruits. Take amla powder or amla murabba/ carrot murabba twice daily. Use neem wood comb for managing hair and this should be changed regularly. Reduce your stress by yoga and meditation. Add some coconut daily in your diet. Keep water in copper vessel overnight and drink in the morning empty stomach. Avoid chinese foods and food stuffs packed in plastics. Avoid white flour (maida), excessive salt and spices. Let me know after it and I will advise accordingly.

Your diet should be rich in calcium especially since menopause might have set in. Milk, curd, green leafy vegetables, tofu are good sources of calcium. Preferably low fat milk and curds. Increase intake of soya products as it will get converted to oestrogen. Protein and carbohydrate normal intake. Limit fat intake and avoid fatty foods. Fruits are good source of vitamins and minerals.
