Hi U can use the egg white mix it with some oil as your scalp is dry and apply it to your scalp and hair and wash after 30 mints. Apply oil every day to prevent dryness of scalp. Don't apply shampoo every day and use mild one.

Hello doctor I woke up this morning I was all fine suddenly my stomach started to ache I had a loose tool I could bare the pain at all later I started to sweat and fainted in my bathroom went unconscious what is the reason for this strange thing happened to me.

Hi. Loose stool may be due to indigestion or due to your last dinner. Drink more warm water mixed with glucose. Drink ors. Or rice water. You fainted due to dehydration. Do not forcefully stop the loose stools by taking any medicine. Allow all the impurities to expelled out. If it continues for tomorrow consult a doc. Drink lemon tea. Thank you.

Hi first of all you have to reduce your weight. It's not seems good. Uvhave to check your blood sugar level and if it is high control it. Avoid spicy, jung and fried foods. Have homely food always. Reduce the amount of food taken and increase the frequency. Have fruits and vegetables as dinner and have it before 4hrs to bed. Do some exercise for 1hr. Do yoga, prenatal and meditation. Thank you.

I am 21 years old and I started facing a problem. I am very sensitive to any little weird feeling in my body too. Like any little weird muscle movement, heartbeat, or other feeling freaks me out. And I also learned that this only happens when I focus on it. It get's worse when I think about it. When I'm with friends or family I'll forget about it and I" ll be fine. But when I'm alone that's when I get all paranoid. I can't even sleep because I feel like I could have a heart attack in the middle of the night and nobody would be able to help me. I live alone in an apartment and I think the solitude gets to me. I think a lot, way too much for my own good. I'm scared that I may be causing my body health problems because brain is a very powerful thing and if you think very hard about something it happens. Recently I went on a trip with my friends. There also I could not stop thinking about death. So please suggest me something to overcome this fear of death, and I also think it is wasting a lot of my time worrying about it.

Hi lybrate-user you don't have to worry about death. Its a fact. Every body will die one day it's natures rule. Leave all the worries and anxiety, live a happy life. Enjoy each and every second of life without bothering about the future. Live on present. You can change yourself. No body can control your mind only you can do that. If you try better you will get a better result. You r only 21 and you just started your life actually. Why did you spoil your days thinking unnecessary matters. You have to practice meditation, yoga, and pranayama under guidenes. When such irritating thoughts begin, listen to music or engage in some thing you like. Thank you.

I am 27 years old male and go to toilet many times in a day. Especially in the morning I used to go toilet many time. It also happened when I drink much water at a time. I do not feel any type of pain in this regard into my body. I am very fed up due to this problem and feel difficulty during travel.

Hi pls find out whether the pain appear after you join the gym. If so it may be due to over strain or lack of guidence. Better take some rest for few days. You can apply any medicated oil and give a steam bath. If it s not working then you can take some ayurvedic medicines. Thank you.

Hi have a glass of milk and arise banana along with egg. Eat lots of fruits and vegitables. Drink mutton soup. Include potato, dal, pea etc in your diet. You can also do some workouts which helps to increase muscles under guidenes. Thank you.

Hi main thing you have to do is avoid jung and fast foods. Then you have to do some exercise or yogasanas. Do not skip any food. You can do sooryanamanskara as it will improve your health also. Take fruits and vegetables in alternative days like salads. Have your dinner as early as possible. Drink water before having food. Sleep well. Thank you.

Hi lybrate-user first of all you have to find out is there any problem which always disturbing you and try to get rid of it. Always try to be happy. Engage in something that makes you happy. Try to smile always. Make friends. Hang out with them. Sleep at least 6-7 hrs. Do yogasanas, pranayama and meditation unde guidenes. Have lots of fruits. Avoid too much spicy food. Drink lots of water. Tke hot oil head massage and bath every day. Thank you.
