This may be because of you feeling guilty after the act. If healthy sex is available avoid masturbation for few days and lead a disciplined life. Report after 15 days.

" erectile dysfunction & premature ejaculation" is a" very common" and" easily manageable" issue. Hence the concern. Due to lack of proper guidance and ignorance, this issue does not get resolved easily. It is very easily treated by following measures: 1). Proper counselling 2). Exercises / techniques 3). Ayurvedic medicines (there is no treatment for" erectile dysfunction & premature ejaculation" in modern system). It can be treated in 4-6 weeks with an experience in this area.

Hello lybrate-user. You can consult to any psychologist/ psychiatrist for this. They will guide you properly. For stress you can use these techniques: Stress is actually a response to pressure or threat, under which we may feel tense and nervous. Biologically, stress triggers the secretion of hormone called adrenaline which transiently affects the nervous system of human. Stress also affect a person physically. Well there are few ways to overcome your stress: Avoid caffeine, alcohol and nicotine. Avoid beverages containing caffeine, alcohol or nicotine or at least reduce their use. These are stimulants which accelerats the level of stress and make you feel more disturbed. You can replace such beverages with water or a herbal tea. Try to relax yourself. Try relaxation techniques when your stress level cross your tolerance level. For example, try self-hypnosis which is very easy and can be done anywhere, even at your desk or in the car. One very simple technique is to focus on a word or phrase that has a positive meaning to you. Words such as "calm" "love" and "peace" work well, or you could think of a self-affirming mantra such as “I deserve calm in my life” or “Grant me serenity”. Relaxation is a skill that needs to be learned and will improve with practice. Learn to say ‘NO’. People mostly become stressed when they have a lot work to do. Learning to say “No” to additional or unimportant requests will help to reduce your level of stress, and may also help you develop more self-confidence. Manage time. Manage your time as per your works. Divide the work and complete it in pieces, so that you will never get mess up with the works and it will be easy for you to reduce your stress. Sleep as more as you can. Lack of sleep is a cause of stress or else it will increase your stress. You should get more and more sleep and if thoughts which mainly stress you, disturbs your sleep then go for meditation. Mediation is a universal way to fight mental and physical both the problem as it relaxes your mind. Indulge yourself in physical activity. It is one of the best ways to overcome stress. You can go for any physical activity such as dancing, exercising, playing a game or anything you would like to do. Thank You.

You are suffering from migraine headache. Migraine headaches come from a neurological disorder that can run in families and are defined by certain criteria: At least five previous episodes of headaches. Lasting between four hours and 72 hours. Hello lybrate-user. Night blindness has various causes associated with it: (1) deficiency of vitamins- vitamin a deficiency, specifically, in young children may lead to night blindness. Prompt dietary modification and administration should be of help. (2) congenital defect: retinitis pigmentosa, heredomacular degeneration, congenital stationary night blindness are a few of the disorders that are present from birth/ childhood that could lead to night blindness. These should be assessed and treated accordingly. There are a few treatment options such as dietary supplements, low vision aid devices, genetic counseling therapy that might have some benefit in for the same. (3) raised intra-occular pressure may at times caused reduced vision at night time/ low illumination. This would be easily detected when undergoing checkup by an eye specialist. (4) certain other infectious conditions may also cause night blindness. (5) certain types of cataract may lead to reduced vision at night time. This can be easily solved by removing the cataract. Thus, my suggestion for you would be to undergo a thorough eye evaluation by a retina specialist and then follow the therapy suggested by him/her.

Hello. Try these steps to relieve constipation: Drink two to four extra glasses of water a day (unless your doctor told you to limit fluids for another health reason). Try warm liquids, especially in the morning. Add fruits and vegetables to your diet. Eat prunes and bran cereal. Isabgol, also known as "psyllium husk," is a common health supplement used to treat constipation, other digestive problems, and a few non-digestive problems. It contains 70 percent soluble fiber and, as a result, acts as a bulk-forming laxative. The effectiveness of isabgol largely depends on your individual health needs and the manner in which you take it.Usually, you will need to take 1 to 2 tsp (5 to 10 ml) of isabgol with 1 cup of water (240 ml) or fluid daily at night until your constipation passes. The exact dosage may vary depending on age, medical condition, and response to treatment, however. Eat a well-balanced diet with plenty of fiber. Good sources of fiber are fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole-grain bread and cereal (especially bran). Drink 1 1/2 to 2 quarts of water and other fluids a day (unless your doctor has you on a fluid-restricted diet). Fiber and water work together to keep you regular. Avoid caffeine. It can be dehydrating. Check on milk. Some people may need to avoid it because dairy products may be constipating for them. Exercise regularly. Go to the bathroom when you feel the urge. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Biocombination-4/ thrice daily for 4 weeks.

Choline Deficiency - Signs You Are Suffering From It + Sources Of Choline!!

The human body’s ability to manage the fats consumed and the way the liver functions to handle this in the overall metabolism setting are dependent on choline. Choline, which is present mostly in the form of Vitamin B12, is available in plenty in most of the foods consumed by people regularly. The issue arises when the body system fails to absorb choline nutrient from the food consumed. There are also cases where the dietary intake does not possess adequate choline in it.

Natural Difficulty in Absorbing Choline
There are certain conditions in which the system finds it difficult to absorb choline though the diet may contain the nutrient. People who have just undergone a by-pass surgery or those who have had a kidney transplant done or if there is already a liver problem like cirrhosis face this issue. There are other reasons also which can lead to choline deficiency, such as the prolonged intake of anti-convulsant drugs and so on.

How to Detect or What are the Symptoms?
Some apparent symptoms can lead the GP to ask for more tests to establish that the person does have choline deficiency. In normal person, even high blood pressure could be caused due to choline deficiency. Then in many cases, a blood test for any other condition might reveal very low levels of VLDL (Very Low-Density Lipoprotein). This substance in the blood is used by the liver to transport fats and naturally, if VLDL is below a certain threshold the person is bound to be suffering from choline deficiency. High level of cholesterol is another symptom. It has to be understood that choline is also essential for the human brain to be functioning at its active best. Deficiency of choline can lead to an early setting in of dementia. Of course, any patient with liver and kidney related condition reaching the doctor will be checked for choline deficiency since these are closely related.

Where to Get Choline from?
The next obvious question is which foods can get you choline easily and you won’t suffer from a deficiency. As mentioned there are plenty of food items of daily consumption which have choline in them. The most frequently recommended are the yolk of the egg. Pastured eggs are recommended and though even one egg can give some 115mgms of choline, you can make a couple of eggs a part of your daily breakfast menu. The other suggestion is raw liver as in beef liver which is quite rich in choline. Those who consume only vegetarian foods can always eat a lot of green vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage and also nuts and legumes (soaked) and milk and yoghurt are all good for choline intake.

Choline is an essential nutrient in the human body and is critical to the growth and development of cognitive functions and its deficiency can lead to many serious conditions, including liver impairment and brain disorders. Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

Prepare a paste by mixing butter milk and curry leaves. Take one teaspoon of curry leaves and add them in one cup of buttermilk. This remedy is helpful for treating premature greying of hair. Apply this remedy on scalp and massage it gently.

As there are numerous causes of headache like tension type headache, hypertension, migraine, hypoglycaemia, refractive errors, organic brain lesions, sinusitis, over exertion so it's important to us to make a correct diagnosis first. You should consult a nearby physician as this requires thorough examination. But in case of acute pain take tablet brufen sos till then.

There are so many causes of bleeding gums - - brushing too hard - poor oral hygiene. - vitamin deficiency - taking blood thinners or other medications - bleeding or clotting disorders - mouth sores - other medical problems, including diabetes, heart disease, leukemia or scurvy Few advice to stop bleeding gums-- - visit to a dentist for professional cleaning once in a year - use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - rinse with salt water to keep the area clean. - Avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth. - stay away from smoking and other tobacco products, which can aggravate bleeding gums.

It depends on how much quantity of protein you taking in entire day from supplements as well as diet. Excess protein can harm your body in many ways. But if you are taking in desired quantities and under expert guidance, protein supplements will not harm you.
