Firstly avoid long standing and morning walk ankle is weight bearing joint so firstly apply ice pack and pain relief ointment and tk rest. For other joint pain a checkup must of vit d and calcium levels. If there is any ankle injury then a x-ray must of ankle.

Suppliments will only work if we know the exact cause of semen defect. Your sperm count is normal- increase in count won't help. What we need to assess is the motility. Before advising drugs, I want to find out the cause of low motility. And remember, even if we can't increase motility, in rare circumstances still you can father a baby with our own sperms.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

Dear lybrateuser, -triglycerides are one of the components of the various lipids in the blood. -we need some tryglycerides for good health but high levelsraise riskof heart disease & may be a sign of metabolic syndrome (high blood pressure, sugar & low good cholesterol ie, hdl) - for heart status various other investigations have to be done -to lower the level ; -lose weight& stay at a healthy weight -limit fats & sugar in the diet -be more active -quit smoking if you are a smoker -limit alcohol -have more of fruits & vegetables in your diet, aiso include some nuts like almonds &walnuts. -get lipid levels checked regularly.

Dear doc I am really confused I have a problem in my testicles and bladder. I have a weird feeling and burning sensation in my testicles. Sometimes it become loose and hanging. There is burning sensation from testicles to bladder and penial too. While urination I have a strange feeling. Due to this I feel backbone pain. There is strange oily smell while urinating. I tried to many doctors some doctors said that its just uti or cystitis. And some says you have hydrocyls. And recently I met with sexologist. He said to me that I have a that problem and I am losing dhat through my urine. I am really tensed. Which one doc is true and right now I can not decided what to do and really in depression. Unmarried No sexual or physical relationship till date One or two times masturbation in a month (rarely) No cigarette tobacco and alcohol consumption Low pleasure in masturbation After drinking water or any liquid feel urinated soon My latest urine report as Wbc 2-3/hpf Epithelial 1-2/hpf And rest others nil This problem is happening from 6-7 months. Hello Dipesh, Looking at your history in details that you are suffering from digestional upset which is affecting your reproductive system. Gaseous distention and acidity makes the urine acidic and it also pressurizes the prostrate gland which results in dhat (sperm leakage) during urination. The urine frequency is also affected and the person feels burning or pricking pain inside, with an urgency to go to urination even with a small urine pressure. It can be explained in medical terms as urine retention in urinary bladder which pushes the prostrate gland and affecting your urination. Things to Consider while Choosing Soaps

To keep your skin clean & healthy, cleaning is the most important step to be taken; cleansing removes dirt, sweat, sebum, microorganisms, dead cells and cosmetics too from your skin surface. For the skin to look healthy and glowing, its uppermost layer (called stratum corneum )should contain more than 10 % of the total water content of the body. But due to several reasons the water content will be reduced from this layer. And we already know that Soaps and cleansers are the most used essentials for skin hygiene. But while choosing one, have you ever thought if it provides you the benefits that it’s actually supposed to?

There are three factors to be considered in soaps; the pH content, tallow content and the irritable score of the soap.

Most of soaps are alkaline in nature; however, lesser the alkalinity , milder the soap . Normal pH of the skin is 4.5 to 5.5. This acidic pH changes to alkaline due to application of soap if their ph is above 7.Many a times to make the soaps neutral, certain emulsifiers are added, which cleanse and do little damage to the skin. Deodorant or anti-microbicidal bars have added anti-bacterial agent to eradicate bacteria. These soaps have a pH range of 9 to 10 and may cause skin irritation. Soaps with a moisturizing base contains agents like lanolin or glycerine. Their pH range is five to seven, thus they are non-irritant and good for dry skin. Soap free soaps have synthetic detergent as their base and are preferred for sensitive skin. An important point is that no soap is safe for the skin throughout one’s life. As one keeps growing older, the skin also changes its texture. Hence you must also keep changing the soap used to keep pace with the changing nature of the skin.

Lipid free cleansers or face washes contain water, glycerine and acetyl alcohol and do not contain any fat. They clean without soap formation and leave a thin moisturizing film. They are good for sensitive and photo aged skin. Cleansing creams are oil-based products, which remove grease and cosmetics from your outer skin by dissolving it in more oil; preferably good for dry skin. Cleansing lotions are water-based products that are good for normal and dry skin. Since it’s water based, it can be easily rinsed with water and is commonly sold as pore cleanser. Abrasive scrubs aid in removing dead cells and control excess sebum secretion. They are mechanical exfoliates made of granules in form of aluminium oxide, ground fruit pits etc.

This seems to be a deficiency of vitamin d. Kindly get your vit d levels checked. If low, you will require vit d supplements. Also, before sleeping at night you should keep you feet soaked in warm salt water for 15-20 min.

Eat breakfast eating early in the day can help your body burn more calories enjoy the food you eat one of the worst things you can do when you're trying to lose weight is eat too little. Instead of depriving yourself, enjoy small indulgences or schedule a cheat day? and don't obsess over it. After all, eating high-calorie foods every once in a while won't wreck a healthy diet.

Bad breath may be due to inadequate oral hygiene or even bad stomach. To get rid of this, brush your teeth twice daily. Rinse your mouth everytime after consuming anything. Floss your teeth regularly. Use mouth wash solutions to rinse your mouth. Visit a dentist every six months once to maintain good oral hygiene. Regarding your stomach problem, explain exactly what is the problem (whether you have indigestion, gastritis, loose motions or constpation, etc) so that it is easy to treat you properly.
