Sir, Mera waight kafi dino se increase ni ho raha hai sirf 2 kg oscillates hota hai kabi increase to kabi decrease.
Eat whole grains and cereals and fresh fruits and vegetables daily. Munch on dry fruits in between meals. Cook in good quality oil and ghee. Eat a banana daily with glass of milk. Avoid all outside food for a month at least. Stop eating junk food, packet food like juices, biscuits etc.~Exercise for 4 days in a week to gain muscle mass.

Milk is a good food rich in many nutrients. Have an early dinner and then after 2 hrs you cn have milk before going to bed.`You can also have milk post exercise or as an evening drink.

My doctor is testing me for fatty liver disease because my alt levels are around 34 and my ast levels are at 29. Granted they have increased a bit from where they are, should I have anything to worry about. I'm a very thin person with very small amount of fat on my body. Is this something I should be worried about?

Increasing ALT levels are a cause of worry as it may b a sign of hepatitis or some liver problem. Even if you are thin please check the quality of oil you consume, and exercise daily.

Can I Use only egg whites, During Helicobacter Pylori treatment, are not? And as I have a very lightweight (47 KG, 173 CM, 20 Years old), what foods I should take to gain weight or at least not losing weight and also making sure that isn't harmful to my stomach (H-pylori) problem.

Eat protein rich food with little or spices. You can have state, dry fruits, home made sweets and snacks. Take care of the quality of oil you use. And avoid outside food even biscuits.

It might be difficult to gain weight for some as much it is difficult to shed weight for others. So it is always advisable to aim for fitness instead of focusing on weight. Eat home made food and stay clear of all processed food. Eat dry fruits, home made snacks, rice and pulses etc with little ghee. Start with a good exercise regime to gain muscle mass. Be consistent and regular with your lifestyle pattern and you will see slow but good results.

I am 35 years and want diet list as per traditional food with Indian food items. I'm using depression medicine DO RE ME 75- 1 Tab LEVIPRIDE 50 - 1 tab DEPRAN FORT - 1 Tab one time daily I am not physically doing work out plan suggest me to balance my daily activity and diet meal suggestions with workout time and actual time for eating habit.

Hi, my asper my age my I am feeling that I am underweight what I should do for weight gain and how do I gain my weight?
Gaining weight can be as challenging as loosing it for others. While there is no set guidelines for a ideal weight but it depends on individual. The weight at which you feel good physically and mentally is the ideal weight for you. Being underweight can make you feel tired quickly and you may often feel out of energy. Work on improving your stamina. You should consume food rich in calories and protein to gain weight gradually. Follow a good exercise routine also so that you gain more of muscles and stay healthy.

I am 27 years old girl. I have a thyroid problem for 10 years and also has PCOS for 1-2 years. I am taking medicines regularly and also do the test to check my thyroid level. I was very slim before. I was 49 kg but now my weights has increased to 60 kg. Fats are mostly on belly fat and on the sides, also on thighs. I have started going to the gym also. Kindly help to reduce my weight.
