Hi, my asper my age my I am feeling that I am underweight what I should do for weight gain and how do I gain my weight?
Gaining weight can be as challenging as loosing it for others. While there is no set guidelines for a ideal weight but it depends on individual. The weight at which you feel good physically and mentally is the ideal weight for you. Being underweight can make you feel tired quickly and you may often feel out of energy. Work on improving your stamina. You should consume food rich in calories and protein to gain weight gradually. Follow a good exercise routine also so that you gain more of muscles and stay healthy.

Do much of digestives can interfere with your normal digestion and cause acidity. Acidic or gastric reflux are common if your food is not digested properly. Try to eat early and take a light walk before going to bed.

Is there any medicine to increase hunger of child and is there any side effects of it?

Is there any medicine to increase hunger of child and is there any side effects of it?
A child usually eats as much as he wants. We sometime perceive their hunger and try to over feed them. If the child is otherwise active and is not suffering with any deficiency problem you can let the child decide his hunger and food intake. However sometimes during illness or due to some deficiencies child might not feel hungry. Know the cause and then seek proper guidance. You can contact me in private for a detailed balanced diet chart for your child.

Mangoes are in season and you should eat them as they are powerhouse of nutrients. Any soft drinks available in market are loaded with sugar. Excess sugar intake through one drink can put pressure on liver. These anyway are of no help. Try drinking nimbu pain, aam panna, chaas or coconut water to quench your summer thirst.
