Be cautious during change of weather. Avoid allergens dust n things which cause ptoblem to you. Include vit c in your diet. Clean your nose every time while coming back to home as aleergens get mostly entry through nose. Use biochemic n homoeopathic medicines to get relief n cure.

Last month I took unwanted 72 pill after 10-20 mins of unprotected sex, he didn't ejaculate. But I wanted to be sure, the next two days, I took ipill again I was stressed out. Then my period was 5 days early. On 15th November, usually I get at 21st every month. Now it's 17th December, I still don't get my period. I'm scared. Is my period gonna go back to date 21th again? And my belly fats is increasing a bit, sometimes hard sometimes soft. Is this because of lack of sleep and inactivity and eating too much junks? Because I heard it's possible to gain belly weight if we are doing those. Anyway, my belly button area is sometimes hard after meal. I can't be pregnant in this situation. Please give me answer I think I'm going crazy. Im so scared. Please help me.

My age is 20 years, I am masturbating daily 2 to 3 times from 8 years, when I try to stop it gets pain in lower stomach and in testosterone due to gas, but after 2 to 3 days it becomes normal, when I again mastuburate and stop it problem is same, is their any kind of serious tension I have to take, I want to reduce my frequency? Sperm formation is not under your control. Masterbation is natural instinct but excess of masterbation is also not good. Ideally at younger age your hormones are pressuring but as age passes frequency reduces to once in 3-4 days. When you get married you do not require masterbation. So use your energies in right direction like early morning jogging, good thinking and put to studies. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables daily and Relaxxx. ☺

O bad effects and it is safe .People wrongly believe that masturbation is a bad habit, or sin and it causes loss of energy and many side effects can occur. All these are myths and it is a safe act to give vent to sexual drive in men who cannot do sex. People fear if they have adverse effect on marriage or that their energy is wasted and such many funny misbeliefs are going around and all are not true. One can do as many times as he feels and health or energy is not affected or there will be no effect on marriage Masturbation is the self-stimulation of the genitals to achieve sexual arousal and pleasure, usually to the point of orgasm (sexual climax). It is commonly done by touching, stroking, or massaging the penis or clitoris until an orgasm is achieved. Some women also use stimulation of the vagina to masturbate or use "sex toys, such as a vibrator. Just about everybody. Masturbation is a very common behaviour, even among people who have sexual relations with a partner. In one national study, 95% of males and 89% of females reported that they have masturbated. Masturbation is the first sexual act experienced by most males and females. In young children, masturbation is a normal part of the growing child's exploration of his or her body. Regular sex cannot replace sessions at the gym, but a having an active, healthy sex life is a nice way to get some extra physical activity. Sexual activity helps keep levels of hormones, like oestrogen and testosterone, in check. When these hormones are out of balance, conditions like heart disease and osteoporosis may develop. When it comes to protecting heart health by having sex, more is better. One study in men showed that those who had sex at least 2 times a week were 50% less likely to die of heart disease than their less sexually active men. Sexual stimulation (including masturbation) and orgasm can help keep pain away. Both activities can reduce pain sensation and increase your pain threshold. Orgasms result in the release of hormones that can help block pain signals. masturbation is nothing but mechanical way of satisfying sexual urge, people in practice think of achieving orgasm right from the beginning and that is why masturbation is all about getting orgasm. So time of masturbation has nothing to do with sexual competency. Please do not be in loop of such people and literature where you are motivated to gain immense sexual powers. This is your growing age, it will be better if you concentrate more on studies, career path, family and friends, improving personality, eating nutritious food and learning new skills, rather than sex, alcohol or drugs. You will not get this age again, so make the most out of it. Once you are settled you can enjoy sex daily for the rest of the life.

Surgery is usually done under local anesthesia and it's relatively painless. There are no medicines that can make the foreskin go away.

I usually have cold whenever I wake up in morning. I don't take any medicine, automatically it becomes normal by the time I go out. So any medicine or advice?

Now a days due to onset of cold season. It is common so you have to avoid exposure to cold in the morning and do some free hand exercises. And take plenty of vitamin c which youget in homemade freshly prepared nimboopani therby increases the autoimmunity of body.
