Dear Sir, I am having cad/diabetes. I am suffering erectile dysfunction. I am using Clopidogrel 75mg+rejuvastatin 10mg+telmisartan 40 mg and for diabetes zalra-m (Vildagliptin 50 mg+ Metformin 500mg /od all tablets since 4 years. Please give me safe treatment for diabetic neuropathy or erectile dysfunction to increase my sexual life. Thank you.

in majority of cases , it is totally treatable, you need counseling , need change in life style, leave smoking, avoid alcohol, keep your bp and sugar level under control, reduce your wt, go for morning walk for 1 hr, do exercise regularly,you will be alright, it will help. Thanks

Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. .avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar.milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami, Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

Now to increase height is not possible. Weight is not important, important is you shoud be active. Drinkk 10-12 glass of water, eat gud quantity of fruits, do some exercise daily.

Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Please get liver function test done. Sometimes its because of liver not functioning properly that what we eat, it has no effect on body. Include some things in diet like take banana with milk in morning. Take protein rich diet. If you eat egg, take atleast 1 egg daily.

Work out. Diet burning more calories than consuming results into weight loss. But it is not as simple as it sounds. You need to make your own diet plan, with 25% less calories than normal. Make a work out routine and include cardio. Take protein instead of carbs. You can loose 1 to 4 inches in a month depending on your body type. Weight takes more time to go down but you should not loose more than 3 kgs in one month. Generally people are able to loose only one kilo if they do not do any crash diet or hire a gym trainer, which is actually better.

Do psychosis medicines has any side effect as I am taking since 44 months daily two times a day. Common problem for me are high SGPT and SGOT of liver, weight gain and belly fat.

Yes there are some indirect side effects like sleeping tendencies and weight gain. Weight gain is not related to the tablets. But medicine creates leathery feeling due to that people's likes to be in sedentary lifestyles. So it's better to taper the doses slowly by consulting your psychiatrist. And maintain regular exercises vegetarian diet and avoid fried and junk food. And do yoga and pranayama. And keep your mind relaxed.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

1. Your weight should be 64 Kg. 2. For indigestion problem: Avoid fried/spicy/ oily/ outside foods. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs interval. Include fruits, vegetables & curd in your diet. Take 10 mins light walk post meals.Drink 3 litres water daily. Eat slowly chewing your food well. Chew ajwain post main meals. Avoid foods with chemicals/additives. You may not need vitamins if you properly salad and fruis. Yes for vit b12, and vit d3 you take tab. Nerve up and control your diabetes tightly.

Try face yoga. You can use a simple, gentle facial exercise to stimulate circulation in your cheeks and make the skin look more radiant and more full. No extra fat or skin will actually develop, but your narrow cheeks may look chubbier if you practice this exercise daily. Sit tall. Sit in a chair with your back straight. Take low calorie high protein low sodium diet. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals. Do exercise regularly. Don't drink water immediately after meals. Don't take rice at night.

For thyroid patient it is difficult to loose weight. Is that correct and she wnt to loose what she has to do.

Lybrate-user, if hypothyroidism is not well controlled, if tsh levels are not in the normal range, then efforts to control weight do not succeed. So first thing is bring tsh levels down to 3 to 4 milli units, then work on reducing weight. So please check tsh levels and come back. Thanks.
