Take ors. Boiled rice with boiled dal, boiled banana, papaya, boiled egg white. Boiled rice flakes with ripe banana at breakfast & evening.

You have to maintain a proper diet which is rich in fiber, proteins & less in calorie, saturated fat, excess amount of oil intake.

Take dalia khichri 30gms in raw amount at dinner. & take 25gms sprouts & 2pc egg white after workout.

You have to take a balanced diet which includes 8 times meal (small & frequent feeding). It helps in increasing your body weight.

High fat diet is recommended. But if diarrhoea is present (as symptoms) it can get worse on high fat diet. Iron, vit b12 supplementation is needed & electrolytes also.

Cut off junk food, street food, fast food, oily food, high calorie food if you are taking it. Take low fat low calorie high protein balanced diet with at least 3litres water, and 150gms fruits.

Avoid junk food. Take lots of water & fruits. Daily exercise is must. Low calorie low fat diet is recommend.

I am totally against of muscle building. But I suggest you to maintain a healthy diet which should help you to be a strong person from inside. You have to take a high protein (veg & non-veg sources), high calorie (wheat product, fruits) based balanced diet.
