Hi, Thanks for query.The dosage is for (children 1tsp )and for (adults 2 tsp ).Take it twice in a day after meal.

Is drinking tea in the morning makes gas in your stomach and if yes then what are the alternatives?
Hey, Tea on an empty stomach can increase the acid levels in your stomach, and put you at risk of vomiting and acidity.In early morning you can take 3-4pc almonds or sprouted Bengal gram...after that you can take tea...or as a substitute of tea you can take herbal tea,rooibos. Rooibos tea does not contain caffeine and has low tanin levels compared toblack tea orgreen tea.Rooibos contains polyphenols, including flavanols, flavones, flavanones, aspalathin and nothofagin.

Hey, Thanks for your query. Maintain the following tips: Take energy rich healthy foods.(Brown rice, soy products, oats,almonds, quinoa,animal protein egg white, chicken/fish, milk and milk products, fruits specially apples/banana and vegetables) Eat small amout at a time bt frequently. Drink more water. Avoid cigarette smoking, caffeine, alcohol and tobacco and illegal drugs. Regular moderate exercise. Do the medical tests (TC, DC,TOTAL HB, BLOOD SUGAR ONLY FASTING). Check Blood Pressure also.

Hello, Your BMI is too high and you r included in obesity grade 3.low carbohydrate low fat and modarate protein and high dietary fibre containing diet is prescribed for you. 1800kcal/day energy is needed for you list of some foods that can help you to reduce your weight: 1.Whole grains like whole wheat bread and pasta, breakfast cereal (low sugar), brown rice, quinoa, barley, oat bran and oats. 2.fresh fruits and vegetables (avoided more carbs containing fruits) 3.high quality protein bt low in fat 4.Low fat dairy products such as skim milk, plain yogurt 5.Warm water with the some freshly squeezed lemon juice at early morning. Avoid deep fried food ,processed foods, junk foods, alcohol,sugar, red meats, butter, cheese, sausages, I think it will be helpful for you.

Hi I am 32 years male, 3 days back I go for full body checkup lipid, kft,sugar, lft.All the test were okay but in LFT my bilirubin and sgpt and sgot slightly high, my total bilirubin was 1.65 and sgot 58 sgpt 70, I have been drinking alcohol from last 5 years, but now I have left, from the last 3 days I am feeling very low, and fatigue, less energetic. Hello, Thanks for the query. Some good diet and medicines is needed for you. Eat food with carbohydrates and protein bt avoid food with high fat ,avoid fried foods, street food, junk food, processed food ,colas, red meats, butter, cheese, sausages, bacon etc. Avoid medicines like painkillers, anti cholesterol medicines, antibiotics, anti seizure medicines etc. Now Alcohol consumption is strictly avoided. Consume more of water, fresh fruits and green vegetables. I think it will be help you.

Muscle growth and repair of muscle tissues is impossible without amino acids.
