Yes there is a tendency and you look for increased thirst, appetite and urination and every three months you check your rbs and hba1c.

So give me diet plan.
Just be patient relax and regular thats the mantra for good gyming. You do not need much of the extra diet. First concentrate on loosing excess weight, use diet restrictions for harmful food, regualr gymming with normal doet will give you shape and muscle bulk then you can think of making additions to your diet for more, but that will take time. Do not take any medicines or medicated supplements to grow muscles in hurry that is an advice.

Meals - Check The Ideal Count In A Day

With the advancement of nutritional science, researchers have realized that less gap between meals means less amount of stored fat which in turn also helps in controlling blood sugar, boost metabolism and aids in weight management.

It has been proven that our blood sugar starts decreasing after 3 hours of consumption and the process of digestion completes after 4  hours. 

After 5 hours we are ready to gobble up whatever comes in our way as the body is looking for a way to refuel. This may lead to consumption of high-calorie food.

Eating at regular intervals can save you from binging, keep your blood sugar level stable and help you stay energized. Also, digestion itself is work for the body and the activity leads to burning calories. However, one needs to be careful and not consume very high-calorie meals as that would increase the risk of chronic diseases.

Since everybody is different, there cannot be a set number of meals prescribed for everyone. It depends on when a person feels hungry and how that person would like to deal with it. But you need to understand your body's need for replenishment and provide the nourishment it requires.

Hence, according to your body's requirement, you should have small meals at short intervals which could range from six to eight in a day. If you wish to discuss any specific problem, you can consult a Dietitian/Nutritionist.

Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. .avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar.milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Weight gain is due to high calorie intake while the energy expenditure is less . You may also have thyroid disease also

Recently I read an article about the effect of wheat on diabetes. In the olden days, in India, diabetics were advised to avoid polished rice, our staple diet, and stick to a diet of wheat and wheat products. The above article highlighted the adverse effects of high-yielding varieties of wheat on diabetes. You will kindly appreciate that traditional varieties of wheat are no longer available. Grateful if you could kindly elaborate.

Though, there are many theories of dietary aspects in diabetes. But, nothing is accepted worldwide. Food preferences varies with region and even in our vast country rice is the staple diet in the east and south whereas wheat is mainly consumed in north and west. There have been studies, but none has shown any correlation with the staple cereal on diabetes prevalence. Many authors have blamed rice and claimed wheat based diet regimen for diabetic reversal, and vice-versa, but did not mention any conclusive evidence for the same. Current guidelines only mentions whole grains with high fibre content rather than processed foods.

HI, Please follow these tips to get rid of constipation: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of Isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Do sitz bath twice daily. Apply Safrozan ointment to the face after washing it with kusum bathing powder. Use these continuously for 3 months. Avoid spicy and deep oil fried food.

Your weight is borderline more, Reduce food intake, include fruits and salads in meal and breakfast and drink two glasses water 10-15 minutes before meal, start 20-30 minutes’ walk morning and evening, no non-vegetarian food, herbal preparations are more effective, if interested inform.

110kg for 22 years is obesity by any means. But you have not mentioned years height. Causes of overwight: familial genitically predisposed over eating sedentary life lack of exercise in your case I think it is genitically linked. To get promising results exercise and dieting alone will not reach to years target. Barriatic surgery [liposuction by key hole surgery] would give good results. Pls consult barriatic surgeon to solve

Precautions for diabetic patients during Ramzan fast

“Patients with type 1 diabetes should avoid fasting. However, those type 2 diabetes can fast,”
All diabetic patients who fast should be aware of certain facts if they fast during Ramzan, he further added.
All patients with diabetes should consult with their family physician regarding the Ramzan fast and learn the warning symptoms.
Type 2 diabetes will be controlled by diet and may require no special precautions.
Patients at risk of diabetes should avoid overeating to prevent post meal high blood pressure, after the predawn and/or sunset meal.
The exercise program for patients with diabetes on diet control should be modified to avoid lower blood sugar level. Exercise should be done 2 hours after the sunset meal.
Food restriction and dehydration may cause some cardiac risk in the elderly.
The choice of drugs in diabetes may require consultation with a doctor. Drugs that act by increasing the production of insulin are to be preferred. Some patients on metformin may fast safely with minimal complications. However, two-thirds of the total daily dose should be given just before the sunset meal and rest one-third before the predawn meal. Patients on pioglitazone may require no change in dose. Patients on sulfonylureas may require medical clearance before commencing fast.
Insulin dose also needs to be modified during the fast. Usually two doses of insulin, one before each meal, are sufficient.
If the blood sugar falls below 60, then the fast should be immediately broken.
Fast should also be broken if blood sugar rises to more than 300.
Patients should avoid fasting on sick days.

Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want. Then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. For medicine I need you more history.

Eat fruits and vegetables for their high vitamin and mineral content. ... Choose lean meat, beans and tofu for their protein content. Enjoy whole grains such as whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, brown rice and quinoa. Eat low-fat dairy products.
