Hi tips for weight loss. 1. Try to take our research oriented holistic medicines for assures, fast and permanent weight loss. Without surgery, without gym, without crush dieting, with out side effect. People are loosing 2 to 10 kg weight per month. 2. Take 1 glass warm water with lemon. 3. Eat plenty vegetable and fruits. 4. Eat 5 to 6 servings of food per day. 5. Drink 10 glass water per day. 6. Avoid deep fried, cold drinks. 7. If your non vegetarian you can eat egg, fish, chicken in limited quantity. 8. Avoid hormonal treatment, steroid, stress.

Basic things required for weight gain: weight gain diet, exercises for weight gain, weight gain supplements. Important it is to gain weight without using steroids and other such chemical compositions etc. There are very good medicines like alfa -alfa, five-phos etc. In homeopathy. But simply taking these medicines is not that much helpful, it is very important that which time your taking this medicine is very important. And bend in the penis will not create any problem in sexual life.

Tips- I will suggest you to do kapalbharti daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months to regularise your periods and To clear your doubts get an ultrasound pelvis done to rule out any pathology and follow up with reports.

Workout is important in any form, play/jump/skip/swim anything but burn calories. Calories burnt >calorie consumed=weight loss. Diet is the main focus after workout. -in the morning, take one glass hot lemon water with honey 8: 00 a. M. -take light breakfast like, poha/upma/plain idli /sandwich with one glass milk10: 00 a. M. -eat one fruit like banana/melon/apple 12: 00 -have butter milk and then take your meal.(eat either steamed rice or chapati, not both and eat lesser than you normally eat.) 2: 00 p. M. -take green tea 4: 00 p. M. -eat roasted chana/ khakhra, one digestive or marie biscuit with tea/coffee/bournvita/proteinex (you may add sugar if you feel the need) 6: 00 p. M. -eat dinner like boiled vegetables/baked vegetables/soup /khichdi (idea is to take dinner 3-4 hours before bed time) 8: 00 p. M. If you are starving with this diet, you can add few more healthy foods, but keep a gap of two hours in each. You may redo the timings with the same gap, according to your schedule.

the best way to reduce weight is: 1. Drink atleast 3 liters water. 2. Walk atleast 1 kilometer daily. 3. Stop eating sweets & rice. 4. When you feel hungry try to eat something lite. 5. When you get up in the morning take a glass of boiled warm water add dalchini powder in that 7 honey mix it well and make it a habit to drink it regularly. This will affect on your tummy as well as on urs fat. This has help to reduce my weight I hope it to helps you good luck.

Greetings doc! My question is for nutritionist. As I have joined gym recently, my parents are very much worried about my diet intake. I am pure vegetarian. They are little skeptical about the protein powder which is of superior quality shouldn't be taken as it's not good for health. Can I take protein powder? How much should be the quantity? I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.
