Body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity. We provide 1 week diet that will help to reduce weight approx. 3-5 kg in a week. You can incorporate that in daily routine for maintaining weight. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm warm daily in morning. 5. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. To loose weight you should do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,plank,squat.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Eat plenty of watery fruits,vegetables.Take more protein for weight loss.Use healthy fat.Use lukewarm water after meals and in the morning on an empty stomach. To get vit D take fish oil,fish like mackerel,tuna,salmon,milk,dairy products,soy,beef liver. To reduce dark circle take proper rest at night.Use cucumber slice on closed eyes,Drink lots of water and do not work on computer for long time.

It's because of your sleepiness and less physical activity your acidity problem also has arisen. Acidity occurs when there is excess secretion of acids in the gastric glands of the stomach. When the secretion is more than usual, we feel, what is commonly known as heartburn, which is normally triggered off by consumption of spicy foods. Here are some home remedies to cure acidity... - Skip the aerated drinks as well as the caffeine. Opt for herbal tea instead. - Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday. - Include banana, watermelon and cucumber in your daily diet. Watermelon juice is great for curing acidity. - Nariyal paani is known to soothe the system if you suffer from acidity. - Drink a glass of milk - everyday. - Have your last meal at least two to three hours before you hit the sack. - Keeping long intervals between meals is another cause for acidity. Have small but regular meals. - Try to avoid pickles, spicy chutneys, vinegar, etc. - Boil some mint leaves in water and have a glass of this after meals. - Sucking on a piece of clove is another effective remedy. - Jaggery, lemon, banana, almonds and yogurt are all known to give you instant relief from acidity.

Diabetes is manly of two types t1 & t2. There are other varieties but less common. In india 90 to 95 % is t2 which occurs usually in persons around 40 plus. But of late many are getting at much younger age even below 20 yrs. This occurs because of either defective insulin production by beta cells or due to resistance to its action or in some both these conditions may prevail. Precipitating factors include over weight, inactivity & junk food plus migration from rural settings to urban or to metro townns.

According to your height your weight should be 62 kg. To gain muscles, you can join gym & practice resistance training. You can also practice shavasana. Your diet should contain thick milkshakes, fruit juice, cheese, dry fruits & nuts, oilseeds, maltes, premix, potato, white rice, maida-atta roti, whole egg, chicken/fish. You can have complex carbs with protein 30-45 mins before gymming (ex- muesli with milk) & easily available carbohydrate post gymming. (ex banana/ fruit juice). You may also include some whey protein.

Lybrate-user short cuts are dangerous, start doing regular pushups everyday. Its the natural formula to gain upper body muscles, for lower body cycling, skipping are recommended best exercise. Gaining muscles in 30 day is not possible naturally, and I request never go for supplements, they are like poison.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. I assure you that you definitely gain weight & height fastly by following them. Be healthy

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Hello, Be positive and happy with whatever you have got. stress also leads to poor resullts. Have liberal intake of milk and its products. take high calorie fruits like banana,jackfruit,grapes,chickoo. Have nuts,dried fruits with mik,curd etc. Good quality proteins like eggs,lean chicken,tofu,fish will help you as well. Strength training helps a lot.

Deepavali, is a festival of lights that brings fun, joy and togetherness. Though diwali celebrations mean lots of fun and enjoyment, unfortunately, improper handling and playing with fireworks account for thousands of emergency room visits each year during the festival. Eyes are the second-most common affected area after the hands and fingers.

While enjoying the festival to its fullest, here are five simple safety tips for your eyes during diwali:


Maintain a safe distance: maintain a distance of an arm's length while lighting firecrackers, and at least five metres while watching
Use protective glasses 
Wash your eyes: in the event of an eye injury, do not rub your eyes. If there are any particles inside your eyes, it will scratch your eyeballs and this will cause further damage. Instead, wash your eyes with clean water for about 10 minutes and after that visit an eye doctor at the earliest.
No contact lenses
Wash hands thoroughly

Remember prevention is better than cure.

Do not let children light crackers. If there are fireworks, there should always be adult supervision.

These precautions can go a long way to ensure a safe diwali for you, your family friends and your loved ones.

In case of an accident, contact emergency medical services immediately.

Protein powders are expensive & have many additives. Try incorporating natural sources instead. Long term high protein intake can damage kidneys. Your total protein requirement will vary with duration, type & intensity of workout. For healthy weight gain without any side effects you may follow these simple & inexpensive tips. 1. Have frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals rich in nutrients & calories. Ex. Paneer paratha, cheese-potato-tofu sandwich, soyabean cutlet, chicken roll, fish fingers (homemade), egg rice, fruit & nut milkshake/lassi, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder, fruit juice, sugarcane juice, thick creamy soup, thicker atta-maida rotis with ghee, rice with ghee. 2. Add home made cereal malt/premix to milk with sugar instead of protein powder.
