Hi, do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

You do medical check up if you are suffering from hypothyroidism or any other health related problem. Eat small amount of foods. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice, fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Take watery vegetables, whole fruits. Use small amount of unrefined foods. Eat extra protein for weight loss. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Use lukewarm water after meals. Drink lots of water specially before meals. Do regular exercise like yoga, swimming, skipping, plank, push ups, sit ups, squat. These gonna help you.

Hello lybrate-user, To give you the best for you, I need to know your height and weight along with your age. This because everyone's body requirement is different as genetic setup in different. Still I can give you a broad idea. Small and frequent meals (feed your body with something less fatty in every 2 to 3 hrs). Cut down on carbohydrates and fats (especially fats from peanuts, red meat, butter and pastries). Keep your body hydrated. Have lots and lots of fruits and vegetables. Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: diet, exercise, and behavioral modification should be included in all obesity management approaches for body mass index (bmi) of 25 kg/m 2 or higher. Other tools, such as pharmacotherapy for bmi of 27 kg/m 2 or higher with comorbidity or bmi over 30 kg/m2 and bariatric surgery for bmi of 35 kg/m2 with comorbidity or bmi over 40 kg/m 2, should be used as adjuncts to behavioral modification to reduce food intake and increase physical activity when this is possible. Many obese people are advised to follow a juice diet or the juice fast for a period of a week or so, so that they can shed the excess extra pounds faster. Health and nutrition experts advise people to consume fresh fruit or vegetable juice for obesity. For hairfall take a dose of baryta carb 200 - 5 drops and revert after 2 weeks.

Yeast is partly beneficial which convert sugar to produce co2 and alcohol. Benefits of yeast is it supplement b12 vitamin, iron and little selenium. Yeast is not advisable to person those who are weak in immune system. especially diabetic patient and person who suffer from thyroid deficiency and ladies who have candid disease and pcod. because these person are week in immune system and more prone to candid infection. brewer yeast which is used for pastries , soup and etc can interact with drug consumed by the person and lead to adverse effect. But consuming natural yeast is no way going to harm., you can use it but should not be often.

Ginger is an effective indigestion treatment and is also great for relieving a gas problem. Take equal parts of ground ginger, fennel, and cardamom. Mix them thoroughly. Now, take a cup of water. Add one teaspoon of this mixture and a pinch of asafetida (hing) in it. Drink this once or twice a day. Alternatively, you can consume a little ginger juice mixed with a pinch of asafetida. To prevent gas from forming, chew a fresh piece of ginger regularly after meals. You can also add small amounts of dried or fresh ginger to your food. Drinking ginger tea can help control the formation of gas in the stomach. Boil one tablespoon of ground ginger in water for a few minutes. Drink this tea two or three times a day.

Hi Seenu., Thanks for writing your concerns., Medication:- 1. Tab Obesidat -1tab twice a day before food. 2. Triphala juice-10ml with warm water daily before food twice a day Tips:- 1.No salt intake after 7: 30pm 2.No aerated drinks. Even Liquor too. 3.Restrict mango and banana. 4.Restrict potato and rice. 5.No artificial juices. 6.Half an hour aerobic exercise daily. Joining a gym for workout will be a better option. 7.20 mins of breathing exercise (pranayam). 8.Avoid Rajmah, Channa, Peas, Mushroom, Gobi, Pumpkin, Leafy vegetables, Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese, Curd, Non Veg, Maida related items (like Bread, bun, pizza, burger etc), Deep fried and spicy food, Sweets, Sugar, carbohydrate rich fruits like apple, Sapota, Banana etc. 9.Avoid rice intake in the morning and strictly in the night. 10.Avoid intake of refrigerated food in the morning, prepared previous night. 11.Intake of food should be on time without skipping even a single meal. 12.Maintain min two hours of gap between dinner intake and sleep. 13.Consume minimum eight glasses of water a day. 14.“Early to bed and early to rise” should be strictly followed. Sleeping Late night should be strictly avoided. 15.Have fruits only in the noon time. Avoid fruits consumption in the night (occasionally can be taken before dinner). 16.Stop intake of milk during bed time. 17.Bathing should be before food intake only. 18.Tea, milk intake should be twice a day preferably morning and evening. Coffee intake should be strictly avoided

Type 2 is not a common thing in early age. Stevia and other sweeteners are a good alternative to refined sugar. You should be thinking it as an alternative to sugar and in that way it is far far batter then sugar for you!

To reduce fat don't have sugar, sweetened juice as these turns into fat. Instead of these take whole fruits, vegetables. These will help you to reduce fat. Take more protein like fish, egg white, cottage cheese, soy milk, soy products, lean chicken etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods etc. Drink water about 3 lit/day. Do regular exercise like swimming, skipping, yoga, push ups, sit ups etc. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Use lukewarm water 5 mins after meals. Take proper sleep.

First of all try and find the cause of low iron levels. Once treated her iron levels will rise. Apart from that include food which are rich in iron in your regular meals. Such foods include: dark green leafy vegetables, dates, jaggery, raisins, nuts, legumes, pulses, etc. Increase your intake of vitamin c rich foods such as berries, sweet lime, orange, etc. Vitamin c help is increasing absorption rate of iron in body.

Please follow the below recommendation for your conditions: Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. Thanks.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga.
