Priyangee is a Registered Dietitian (All India 1st Rank holder in the national dietetic registration exam) with a post qualification experience of 9years.
Currently she is associated with N.G Medicare & Calcutta Hope Infertility Clinic and with Care Continuum Pvt. Ltd. as a Consultant Clinical Nutritionist.
Along with her clinical practice, she is also involved in academic teaching. She is a visiting faculty at the All India Institute of Hygiene & Public Health (Department of Biochemistry & Nutrition) for MSc (Applied Nutrition) and P.G Diploma in Dietetics courses.
In addition to this, she also consults with corporate organizations and schools in areas of Nutrition and Preventive Health. Some of the clients she has worked with include PepsiCo, IBM, Mahindra Retails, Apollo Munich, PNB MetLife, Siemens, India Infoline Finances Ltd, among others, and schools like Loreto House and Loreto Day School Bowbazar.
Previously she has worked with companies such as Pfizer, Amway and Novo Nordisk, Becton & Dickinson as a Nutritionist and Diabetes Educator. In the past she had also been associated with some of the leading hospitals in the country like Apollo Gleneagles Hospital, Bellevue Clinic, B.M Birla Heart Research Institute, Kolkata and Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, and with Clinical Organizations such as DENMARC, Mumbai
She speaks and presents papers at scientific and professional conferences, as well as workshops organized for patient awareness (NSI, SND, ADE, RSSDI etc.). She was a member of the scientific committee for IDACON 2017, Kolkata.
Priyangee is a life member of Indian Dietetic Association, Society for Nutrition and Dietetics and Association of Diabetes Educators, India.
She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from SNDT University Mumbai, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education awarded by International Diabetes Federation
