Hi, My body pains and dullness in body from 1 week. 4 months ago I had checked my blood due to some illness. In that report my HB was very low that is 6% and iron was 13%. That's it. I don't have fever or cold until today. Please advise.

You are not having sound sleep it seems. Do sleep in well ventilated room please check if you are having nasal polyp/snooring this is hindering lack of oxygen in your body and hence tiredness/dizziness in morning.

From srs diagnostic my fasting diabetes comes 103 at 8.30 am my after breakfast diabetes comes 92 at 11.50 am. Result show I have some diabetes let me know what should I do for precautions.

It is not in diabetic range. If u still want to be sure, get done HBA1C test which will show sugar status of last 3 months. Current FBS & pp2bs are normal. what's ur age? fasting is borderline and postprandial is normal but ideally it should be done 2 hours after proper lunch or dinner.

Control your diabetes first and apply ointment candid B after scrubbing with soap after pulling the skin backward. Take tablet flucon 150 mg twice a week for two months.

Chances of retained products are nil as she was free from symptoms from date of delivery till 13 July. Heavy cycle needs to be investigated by ultrasound to rule out infections and fibroid make sure that she was not on hormones due to prevention of pregnancy and had taken tablets like unwanted or ipill do get back here with reports for more guidance.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

I am sure you are on proper medicines for diabetes, if so then you have to continue. Also avoid sweets, direct sugar, deep fried foods, fruits like mango, banana, grapes, chikkoos. Take lot of salads, green vegetables, whole grain flour prepared breads (rotis, chapatis), fruits like papaya, apples, guava, pomogranate, oranges, pear etc. Maintain weight near normal and exercise for more than 1 h a day. Keep checking blood sugar levels periodically.

You should go for walking, jogging, swimming. Do exercise atleast 15 minutes. You can follow 7days menu plan. Drink water more. And use whole apple better than apple cider.

Hi Md Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner .
