Hello, To improve muscles weight training, strengthening, resistance kind of physical activities will help you. Focus on eating quality protein from egg whites, legumes, pulses, milk and lean cut organic grass fed meats or poultry, nuts and seeds. Hope this helps you. stay healthy and stay fit☺

U need to do regular exercise,,do some jogging,,take high protein,,take butter with bread,,take peanut butter with boiled potatoes,,take 3-4 eggs daily,,take raisins,,dates,,cashew daily,,take 4-5 bananna with milk,,this will help

Avoid light to digest them. Hence this quality needs to be avoided and relatively heavy foods and treatment needs consideration.

eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines which I won't recommend. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Giloy satva or guduchi satva

It is a very common and economic but wonderful ayurvedic medicine, often neglected by well -to-do people because of mere low cost of the medicine.

It is obtained by extracting starchy content of indian tinospora plant by soaking in water for six to eight hrs, macerated and allowing starchy content to settle down and collected.

This powder has immense curing capabilities. People spend thousands of rupees by way of lab tests, antibiotics when pyrexia of unknown origin (puo) can't be treated. Similarly anaemia, jaundice, hyperacidity, polythrist etc are often take long time to recover. It is here that this wonderful gift of nature is very useful. It is a very fine immunity booster.

Nasal bleeding, menorrhagia, rectal bleeding, burning feet and hands can be cured very well with it as also it is useful in pthisis, emaciation and also lowers blood glucose levels.

Giloy satva when combined with chirayata satva (swertia chirata plant) cures toughest of fevers.

Both of above can be given independently or combined. By giving these with water boiled with holy basil leaves (tulasi) make it manifold effective.

Dosage:
Giloy satva - 1/2 gm to 1 gm
Chirayata satva - 1gm to 2 gm

There are many more uses of such simple things. Patients' attendants need little patience. These are non synthesised and non toxic naturals. Hence little slow. Can be given with any other medicine also. These do not counteract.

People should plant giloy and tulasi at common places in this rainy season so that everyone can benefit when needed. Can be grown in pots also.

If you want to confirm that weight you gained is due to hypothyroid, get you TSH tesy done. If want to loose weight you have to stick to low fat, low callory, high fibre diet. For this you have to restrict your intake of nonveg, oils,ghee, butter,sweets, sugar and increase intake of vegetables and salad. Avoid junk food. Regular exercise is essential part of weight reduction.

Height is difficult to increase at this age ,but do following 1. Start aristozyme syrup 1 tsf tds half an hour before each meal. 2.aerobic exercises and hanging exercises. 3. Protein rich diet.:

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Go for, skipping, cycling, swimming, gardening etc. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Take a glass of lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts.

For weight gain Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit
