Fruits even though gd for health, if consumed in large quantities at one go, definitely spike more insulin release n d extra carbohydrates from those fruits get converted into fats. Remember anything in excess at a particular meal, will surely get converted to fats.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Objective should be to restore a desirable weight/ ideal body weight according to one's age, gender and height. To rebuild body tissues, to maintain a good nutritional status and to maintain ideal body weight. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight management, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. Weight loss is a metabolic process, and body needs carbohydrates, proteins, fats minerals, vitamins and water to execute this process. Drinking only juices and soups, will deprive the body from many of these essential nutrients. So forget weight loss, body won't be able to function properly. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

firstly start doing suryanamaskar and surya jal. also start doing Prithvi mudra with your fingers 20 minutes everyday. eat a heavy breakfast and involve in sports activity which will increase your appetite and more food will be eaten and digested, eat cow ghee with your meals. eat 20 almonds everyday, soak in water before sleeping at night, first eat 6 almonds before breakfast after 2 hours 5 almonds then after two hours 4 almonds then 3,2&1 almonds after every 2 hour.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. 1- regular exercise is good for health. The best exercise is'walking, which is a brisker than brisk walking.
2-soya products are good for health.
3-fruits are better than juices.
4- brown rice is better than polished rice and jaggery is better than white sugar.

During process of healing inflammatory exudate generally comes out at lesion site. It completely heals between 7-14 days. If there is some infection, anti biotics should have taken care of. But your culture shows no infection. Better to take herbal suoooert. Drink little curcumin powder with milk 1/2 tsp bd. Also apply jatyadi oil + panchgun oil mixed dressing at sutural site. Hi, Consume low calorie diet like raw vegetables, fruits, oats, etc. Avoid sweets and oil fried food, chats, fast food, etc. Work out some exercises to reduce the belly and thigh fat. Walk for 1 hour daily. Work outs in gym is not a bad option. Avoid non-veg food also if you are a non-vegetarian.

Hi 1) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice, ginger juice and 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in the morning on empty stomach and after meals, do this for 30 days, it gives you good result, thanks.
