SOUPs work as appetiser, liquid diet, warming during winters while providing nutrition as it is made by combining ingredients such as meat and / or vegetables with stock, juice, water, or another liquid. So it activates the salivary enzymes and digestive juices - means it is very good! SALADs on the other hand are good source of fiber, and many other minerals & vitamins along with water soluble vitamins B & C, which are destroyed during cooking by heat and exposure to sun light. Fiber in salads helps in better absorption of nutrients in intestine and also binds extra sugar, and bad fat and excretes it out of the system thus preventing diabetes, cholesterol and obesity to a great extent.

1-take planty of water in whole day
2-take dinar atleast 2 hour before sleep
3- increase fibers in your diet. Like take papaya, cheeku, salad, cuccumber. Etc
4-try to take whole fruit instead of fruit juice
5-take a little walk after takeing meal
6- take a luke worm sweet milk at night
7-don't take havy food in dinner
8- don't take more food untill last food digest.
9- take a glass of water at the morning empty stomach.
10- don't take havy food if you are not hongry.

Hi to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Respected Doctor, My wife gave birth a female child on Sep. 23.2015. It is a normal delivery. Now almost 4 months have been over. At birth time to reduce the stomach she bandaged by using cloth around her stomach for a 2 months. At that time the stomach is reduced but now the stomach size is being increased where is the wrong? Is there any excersize to do to decrease the stomach or else any other way? Please suggest me.

She should continue rigorous breastfeeding. Abdominal toning up exercises are necessary. Avoid high caloric diet, foods with hidden fats and fast foods. Stomach is not the only place. Hips and thighs are also prone to fat accumulation. Hope she is not diabetic or hypothyroid. BP needs to be checked. There are more issues......

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight A]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner B]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Conditions related to the eating patterns or behavior of an individual which leave a negative impact on the health of the person are known as eating disorders. These can lead to the deficiency of sufficient nutrition in the body. The heart, the digestive system, the bones, and the teeth and the mouth are the body parts that generally get affected due to this condition.

Although the root cause is not known exactly, there are several factors which can be held responsible for causing this type of disorders likes:

1. Genetics-A person, who has parents or siblings suffering from eating disorders, has higher chances of suffering from it as well.

2. Society- In order to fit into the society, people often find it very necessary to look the best, which means being thin. Peer pressure and the worry about what people say fuels the desire, more like desperation in a person to become thin, which may lead to an eating disorder.

3. Emotional and psychological health- Problems directly linked with the psychological and emotional health of a person, like low self-esteem, impulsive behavior, relationship associated trouble and perfectionism can also lead to eating disorders.

There are certain factors which increase the risk of eating disorders.

1. Age-Anyone can suffer from this condition. However, a teenager or a young adult has higher chances of getting an eating disorder.

2. Gender- Females have higher risks of suffering from eating disorders than men.

3. StressAnyone who is going through any kind of emotional/mental stress has high chances of getting an eating disorder.

4. Family history-People who have a family history of this condition, i.e. their parents or siblings had suffered from it earlier, have higher chances of getting any kind of eating disorder.

5. Other mental disorders-Obsessive compulsive disorder, depression and anxiety are some mental disorders which may trigger this condition in an individual.

6. Profession- Dancers, models or actors have higher chances of suffering from eating disorders because they always have this urge/want to look the best, so they starve themselves.

hypothyroidism causes reduction in the bmr. The more you crash your intake the further you shall gain fats. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

For ideal body weight. World health organization who has defined bmi, body mass index. Its a special ratio of weight & height. Bmi should be within 18 to 25. Above 25, it will be over weighted. Your bmi is 22 you have ideal body, do not need to lose weight.

Avoid tea and coffee. Yes caffeine will wake you up and give you a buzz right away .But once the effect wears off; you will feel even more tired and sleepy than you were before. This happens because these drinks dehydrate you. •Have a balanced diet: Eat a heavy and healthy breakfast but have a light dinner. If you feel hungry at night, eat fruits, dry fruits, and salads only. Avoid junk food. •Take a 20-30 minute nap during the day. This shall help you to concentrate better. •As you study, whenever you feel tired or sleepy or even stressed, take a minute to practice yoga- breathing exercises. Concentrating on your breath can help bring more oxygen to the brain which will in turn wake the body up and help clear your mind to study better. All the best! :)

Take simple veg food with green vegitabales, salad. Avoid all types of hotel foods, oily,ghee prepretions, fast junck, spacy foods. Do arobic excersices, yoga,fast walking will help.
