Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. - Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

Your sugar levels are very high not only coconut as a matter of fact you should avoid all oily things till you control your sugar levels.

Lunch ? Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (Indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. It will be good to add some roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger in the butter milk.For further assistance you can concern me privately.

Hi , do yogas special asanas for reducing tummy, because your tummy is not too much if you do yoga for 1-2 months your tummy will come across 30 inches and do not drink chilled water by refrigerator. Drink normal water 3-4 litre daily and also not to eat potatoes, rice and maida. Need a diet plan then consult me via private questions. Best wishes.

The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. Actually, if you are diabetic, you should avoid any processed form of sugar. Be it sugar-free or relish. You can include jaggery in your diet for sweet effect.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow some instructions as stated below: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drinking excessive alcohol or eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Alter your lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. Try to go to bed early (before 10 pm is ideal) and wake up early as well (between 5 am and 6 am is good for a start). 3. Be physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch TV whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Try to eat healthy and eat on time – Not only eating healthy is important but also eating at the right time is equally important. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here’s a sample diet you can follow: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea C. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen every day. Slow and steady wins the race.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. My 1 year old had started walking at 11 months and then stopped. Now he is not keeping his left foot firmly on the ground.. Hi, don't worry. Toe walking is simply a habit that develops when a child learns to walk. A consistent heel-toe walking usually develops by approximately age 22 months. Persistent toe walking beyond age 2 years merits further evaluation. Various causes of toe walking exist and include both central (brain) and peripheral neurologic disorders (eg, tethered spinal cord, diastematomyelia, spina bifida, cerebral palsy, muscular disorders (eg, congenital muscular dystrophy), and anatomic disorders such as limb length discrepancy. Sometime it can be idiopathic called as habitual toe walking or can be due to contraction of achillis tendon. But suggest you to get it check with pediatric physiotherapist or pediatrician as only one foot is involved or to rule out if any underlying cause is not there. Thanks and take care.

Your hb levels are very low. Apart from diet you will need to take a supplement. As for foods try to incorporate variety of foods as it's not just iron that is needed but folic, vitamin c etc too. Have green leafy vegetables citrus fruits nuts dry fruits eggs beets carrots dates etc. Avoid tea coffee aerated drinks and junk foods.

Hi lybrate-user, you went to gym, but you should not have left it. It takes time to reduce weight. If it does not work, you should change the type of work out. Brisk walking and cycling are very effective. Stretching work outs do not show result fast. If you worked very hard and still saw no result at all, get a thyroid test soon. About food, you should eat healthy and home-made food. No need to starve yourself, but make sure you reduce the intake of extra fats, oil, sugar and fiods high in calories.

Eat more animal products such as meat, poultry, fish, shellfish, eggs and dairy products. Eat a B12-fortified breakfast cereal. Discuss a vitamin B12 supplement with your physician.
