Hello lybrate-user- weight gain depends not only on diet but also on sound sleep. Try these ayurvedic tips and medicine- a) sleep at least 8-10 hrs a day. B) eat food according to your digestion over eating sometimes causes indigestion which in turn causes weight loss. C) increase dairy products and non-veg diet in your meals. D) use shatavari kalpa 1 tsp twice daily, ashwagandha pak 1 tsp twice. Madhu malini vasanta 1 tab twice a day. You will see improvements within few weeks.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ars alb 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 2 days. 2. Belladonna 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 2 days. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

I have general weakness and loss of appetite. My weight is only 44. please say what I do please sir. I am worried near abut 2 years.

Do some exercise before 30 min of your meal for a good appetite. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, & unhealthy drinks. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day, Weight train at least 3 times a week, you have to consume 300-500 more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, Drink milk. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) People who are trying to lose weight are advised exactly the opposite but for the same reason. Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more.

Dear lybrateuser, - You can reduce weight naturally only by following a strict diet & exercise regimen - have a well balanced diet with more of fibre containing foods such as fruits, vegetables, while grains, protein rich food & healthy fats as in olive oil, fish, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, avocado - take less of carbohydrates, include a protein food in each of your meal, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals so that you don't overeat & consume more calories - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have something to eat every 2-3 hours to boost your metabolism, have a glass of water before a meal so that less food is consumed, have a whole grain or a protein containing snack - avoid fried, processed & junk food,also salty snacks, sugar containing foods & colas, bakery items, alcohol - do regular exercise like jogging, brisk walking, swimming, lifting moderate weights to reduce fat, find time in your break or where ever you can walk instead of using a transport, theorem active you are the more you will loose weight - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night - consult a dietician for a detailed dietary programme as per your activity level, dietary habits & constitution.

Before you begin chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment, your sperm can be frozen and stored until you wish to start a family. Even if the sperm profile is poor, as is common during times of illness, it is usually possible to store sufficient sperm for use in IVF in the future.

Men who have to travel overseas or work in dangerous situations may also want to have their sperm frozen for possible use in the future.

About 25-50% of the sperm will survive the process of freezing, and they can be stored for many years. There is a yearly fee for sperm storage.

Dear lybrate-user. You are just 20 years old. Just add two more things in your future planning. Daily exercise and diet regime. Join a gymn, get a trainer. Exercise every morning. But remember one thing. 2 hours of exercise will be of no use if you cannot maintain your diet regime for the rest 22 hours. Drink plenty of water. Avoid processed foods and fatty foods. Eat for health, not for taste. As per your age I could guess that you have no addiction right now. Carry on this routine throughout the rest of your life and you will not only lose weight but also stay away from many life-style related diseases.

Give her normal diet without rice potatoes and sweets and give her tab glycigon msr one tab before meals everyday for10 days then get her blood sugar checked if it comes normal reduce the dose to one tab daily for30 days then let me know response for further advice
