I am taking daily diet at regular time but my weight is not growing please give me solutions to grow my weight.
The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Hi, You gain fat by eating then how can you control it with the help of pills? Its like drinking alcohol and asking for pills to stop intoxication Is that possible? BIG NO food has calories which comes from macros- protein, fats, carbs When you intake over calories and wrong nutrients like simple carbs, bad fats, incomplete protein then nothing can stop your body to gain fats Dieting is not about starving whereas its all about taking right nutrients So stop being so lazy and hire a nutritionist You may contact me so that I can help you with that.

Well ur weight gained due to thyroid problem,,u need to check it,,do some yoga,, walking or jogging,, avoid fatty food,,avoid sugar n sugary products,,take more protein less carbohydrate,,take oats in ur breakfast and protein powder at night,,take more fruits,,this will help

Hi, simple, non-irrtant, easily digestible diet on tims. Avoid, caffiene, nicotin, alcohol, junkfood, & much amt of protein. Tk, plenty if water to eliminate toxins and hydrate yourself go for meditation, yoga to nourish cells, tissues & your kidney to keep you fit & fine. Tk care.

Hlo doctor, I am a 33 years old lady, I delivered my baby through c section some 2 years back, after which I am trying to loss belly fat, I do exercise 5 days a week at a fitness center which includes aerobics, running, yoga, cardio, weight lifting, belly exercise all, and I always control my diet although I cheat a bit on weekends. But I am not seeing much reduction in belly fat. please suggest me something, please help where I am doing wrong?

Hello, During night, oily food, junk food, sweets, chocolates, heavy-to-digest food, non vegetarian food, cold or frozen food, ice creams, large quantity of food, curd, etc should be avoided or taken in very little quantities. Diet plan for night – healthy low carb diet, which is easy to digest, are preferred during night. Curd at night is to be replaced with butter milk. Chapatis are better than rice. The quantity of food should be limited.The rule of thumb is – the food that you take should make your stomach feel light. Generally during sleep, we require less energy. so, if we eat in large quantities at night, most of the energy produced out of the food is stored in the body, causing fat deposition and weight gain.

Metabolism plays a great role in loosing weight. Drink enough water, Cut down on sugar and salt, Have heavy breakfast and very light dinner, Go for no carb dinner, drink 2-3 cups of green tea, Cut down on refined carbs and have a diet rich in Protein and fiber.
