yes, it has shown good results in obese people. But dont rely only on this medication. cut down sugar and salt intake. Stop taking meals after 7 pm in the evening. Stop cold water, cold eatables, spicy food, fried food in your diet. Make sure you sleep 7 to 8 hrs at night regularly. Take tripahal powder , 1 tsf in half a glass of warm water at bed time regularly. good luck.

You Can muscle building exercise which will help to gain weight.Use ghee ,cream,butter with foods.Use nutritional supplement.Take more dense fruits vegetables.Protein rich foods will help to gain weight.Use healthy fats in cooking.Take nuts,seeds.No water just before or during meals.Take stress free rest at night.These common things will be helpful but for more quick result consult me privately on Lybrate.

Coffee containing caffeine can cause insomnia, nervousness and restlessness, stomach upset, nausea and vomiting, increased heart and breathing rate, and other side effects. Consuming large amounts of coffee might also cause headache, anxiety, agitation, ringing in the ears, and irregular heartbeats.

Sedentary lifestyle along with wrong eating habits can lead to weight gain. Also hormonal disorders can lead to weight gain. So you need to do a blood panel and eat well n exercise well. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

1. Increase soluble and insoluble fibre intake – 2. Drink warm water 4-5 times a day – 3. Cut down on whole milk and curd – 4. Substitute your rice and roti (chapatti/breads) with oats and dalia (broken wheat) – 5. Half a teaspoon of lemon juice or amla (Indian gooseberry) powder – 6. Increase your liquid intake – 7. Have lighter dinners – 8. Maintain a food diary – 9. Avoid sugar and excess salts – 10. Keep your expectations low –

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Hello you need to understand the concept of weight loss, it requires cut down in calories (under the guidance of dietician) along with exercises like brisk walking or cycling or yoga and stretching 5 days a week for at-least 25-30 mins. Include foods like green tea, lemon water, jeera water, salad vegetables like onion, tomato, cucumber, kakri, cabbage and fruits like melon, watermelon, plums. Avoid fried foods, carbonated drinks, sweets and processed foods. Drink plenty of water. Take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take chamomile tea before going to bed. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the morning and go for walk. Don’t skip breakfast. You need not do dieting rather select foods in proper way and time them. Thank you.

1. If you follow so many rules about not having water, then ultimately you will end up with low consumption of water. 2. Low water consumption of water can lead to host of problems including obesity, kidney stones and constipation. 3. If you are overweight then keep having water before, during and after meal. 4. It is better to have an extra glass of water with a meal, than an extra bowl of rice or extra paratha. 5. Regulate your water needs as per your thirst. 6. Use water to regulate your food intake. 7. This way you can reduce weight as well as prevent problems like kidney stones, constipation etc.

10 Tips for Staying Healthy With Type 2 Diabetes

Type 2 diabetes is commonly seen in adults, but nowadays its prevalence is rapidly increasing in young adults and even teenagers. It is a chronic disorder that adversely affects the way your body processes and metabolizes the glucose (blood sugar). 

In Type 2 Diabetes, your body either resist the effects of insulin, a hormone that controls the sugar flow into the cells or does not produce adequate insulin to maintain a normal glucose level. Incorporating a healthy living, with the focus being on eating healthy and exercising regularly (for about 30-45 minutes) can help keep Diabetes Type 2 in check.

  1. Take small and frequent meals i.e. 4-6 times a day spread across regular time intervals. Also, carry a quick fix of carbs that can come to aid when the sugar levels drop. 
  2. Foods rich in fiber and complex carbohydrates, such as bread, vegetables, fruits and whole grain cereals should be at the top of the priority food list. Stay away from fatty or fried food. 
  3. Keep a check on your glucose level regularly at home with the help of a blood glucose meter. 
  4. A three monthly HBA1C test (three-month average blood sugar) can help to know overall blood sugar control. 
  5. Limit consumption of alcohol and completely cut down on tobacco. 
  6. Get up from your couch and hit the nearest jog course or do the exercise of your choice. There is no substitute to physical activities if you are on your way to control Diabetes; be if any type. 
  7. Assess cholesterol and blood pressure count periodically. 
  8. Because of nerve damage and poor blood circulation, your foot may have to bear the brunt of this disorder as well. Take good care of your feet. Check your feet for swelling, red spots and blisters; wear special shoes with a soft pair of socks that can keep your feet dry. Get your feet examine by special instruments for blood circulation and sensation in feet. 
  9. Diabetes damages oral health as well. Visit a dentist for a gum and tooth checkup at least a couple of times in a year. 
  10. Get your kidneys and retina tested as diabetes may weaken the blood vessels of these areas.

Hi, if the food you eat is not properly digested and absorbed then how can you gain weight. Nothing will work if this is not proper. Take *alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *take grd powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk, drink once a day.

To increase weight, you should be disease free and should have good appetite. If everything is good then you need to follow a nutritious diet plan. Add green leafy vegetables and fresh fruit in your diet. You should avoid spicy food items and should take proper sleep at night.

Hye, wajan kam hona poshtikta ki kami ka asar hota hai. Aap theek see waqt waqt pe khaye. Ek waqt pe poshtik khana khaye. Thoda thoda samay samay pe khana le. Din mein 6 se 7 baar acche se pet bhar khaye. Bahar ki khane ki cheze kam le. Inse sirf charbi badhegi maas nahi. Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal doodh shengdaana khajoor lassi batata le. Chai coffee soda kam le, isse poshtikta nahi milti balke pet jaldi bhar jaata hai. Sahi samay pe sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan acche se badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 3 din zaroor kare. Wyaayam se maas aur wajan badhega aur bhook bhi lagegi. Sirf 2 ya 3 baar khane se kamjori hogi. Meetha khaana ho tho ghar pe banaaya kheer sheera lassi basundi le. Sirf dawa ya protein powder ya tonic lene se wajan nahi badhega. Uske liye acche se khaana aur wyaayam bahut zaroori hai. Nahi tho powder ka bhi asar nahi hota. Apne aap ko waqt de, wajan badhne mein waqt lag sakta hai.

Healthy weight gain means more increase in muscles and to a certain extent fat in order to support those muscles.
