First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Hello lybrate-user, While coming home or after reaching home early morning have 5-10 overnight soaked almonds with skin and a glass of milk (fat free), take a good sound sleep (6-8 hrs) if you do not prefer breakfast this time or may have nutritious breakfast which includes good protein. After waking up have your lunch which should includes lots of vegetables and a bowl of dal or 1-2 pieces of chicken if you are non -vegetarian. Do engage yourself in any physical activities, do not be sadantary whole day. Do include fruits, coconut water, buttermilk in your daily diet. Before going to office do take your dinner if possible or have healthy light snacks like oats, daliya, cheela etc. In office if have taken the dinner at home then choose the light snacks there or if prefer to have dinner than do take light dinner. If feel hungry while working you may have 4-5 soaked almonds/an apple/ murmure/ sprouts/ salads. Do not hog on junk food. Do consume 10-12 glasses of water per day, have green salads in each meal. And do one hour of any physical exercise minimum 5 days a week, you may start 20 minutes of walk or yoga also. Do follow as given you will feel healthy and maintain healthy living. Please exclude if it is sciatica or simple leg pain or due to cal iron vit deficiency by that time start taruni kusumakar chooran 1 tsp with warm water immediately twice a day. Vishtinduk vati 1 tab + stresscom 1 (dabur) twice a day with milk or water warm.

It could be due to injury to the foot, neuropathy , and poor circulation to the foot (such as with diabetes and peripheral vascular diseases ). Get check up done

Back pain. Advice hot fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily bhujang asana x 15 timesx twice daily core strengthening exercises. Back stretching.
