Hi I am 35 years old. I am working in Saudi Arabia, Construction field. Since 4 days I am suffering from back pain that is near both the kidneys. Pain is not at the spinal cord, when I am sitting I feel Pain if I stand no pain also if I walk no pain but standing for long time I am feeling strained. I feel to lie down and take rest. Please give me suggestions what to do and now I can give one clew that is when we effected from fever body we feel body pains, now I am feeling the same pain on back of me. Please suggest the name of tablet or Need to do any thing. Thank and regards. .

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way Take CALDIKIND PLUS 1 tab daily for 10days Paracetamol 250mg TDS x 3 days Contact me after that. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. It may have to be further investigated.

Dear User It's not good for foot pain lower side due to diabetes If it's infections than amputation becomes necessary. Good care of foot is required and check your foot every night before sleep so that prompt treatment can be taken Hopefully your questions is answered.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Alcohol. Avoid alcohol consumption. Do pranayama early morning.

2 Simple Stretches/exercises for Neck/cervical Pain

Side Neck Stretch

There aren’t many tasks that require us to bend our neck from side to side. Yet the tension from daily stresses gathers in this very area, leaving these muscles tight and with limited range of motion for many people. This gentle stretch helps release tension from the neck.

1. Standing with your feet shoulder width apart and arms relaxed at your sides,start with your neck straight and eyes looking forward. Place your right hand on top of your head and slowly lower your right ear toward your shoulder until you feel the muscles fully lengthen on the left side of the neck.

2. Return to the start position to relax the neck. Then place your left hand on top of your head and repeat the stretch toward the left until you feel the tension on the right side.

Side Neck Rotation

We depend many times during the day on the ability of our neck to rotate freely—to look left and right before turning the car, or to quickly look over our shoulder when we hear something behind us. This stretch helps to improve this range of motion by exaggerating a movement we use so often.

1.Seated with your feet flat on the floor and your hands resting on your thighs,start with your neck straight and tall and your eyes looking forward.

2. Begin the movement by slowly turning your head to the left until you feel tension in the right side of your neck. Return to the start position to relax the neck and repeat the stretch on the right side.

Hello doctor. my knee stiffness problem is still there after 7 months. And even with 5 hours of exercise this. Stiffness still exist. Sir can you please suggest me some ways to quickly sort this problem.

Don't do so much exercise. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dear lybrate user! do not worry about the knee problem, first of all reduce your weight, and do quadriceps exercise, and take more calcium supplements like milk. And for diabetes reduce your food intake, walk for 3o minutes daily take homoeopathy medicine
