Hello sir, I am 37 year, since 1992 I have pain in my right leg, I consult many doctors but no one help me out from this pain, except Dr. S. K. Gupta he gave me a tablet zeptol 200 plain, when I have pain I take it & I got relief. But after few hours I have same problem. I check up myself many doctors like ortho, physician, nerologiest & so many, but no one can help me out such a problem. I have acute pain which I can not tolorence. So please help me out from this pain.

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Contact me again, if needed.

It might be mechanical back pain but i'll suggest you visit a physiotherapist so that you can be personally examined. There can be mild joint compression or degeneration leading to core muscle weakness, but that's nothing to worry about. Few physiotherapy sessions and proper posture and ergonomics guidance will solve your problem I hope.

: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and. Put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

If along with pain you experience any urine problem or pain while urinating,then it i likely that the pain is due to kidney problem.My suggestion for you is to go for ABDOMEN ULTRASOUND and discuss with me along with reports.

Apply diclofenac gell and after 20 minutes prepare hot water in a tub expose the affected area and sit in it for 20 mins (sits bath) 2. Dear mam it may be because of stress (abnormal pressure of normal bone). May be age related change like osteopenia/ osteo arthritis.

May be u have undergone an ankle sprain. Get an xray done to rule out fracture, which is unlikely. Is there any swelling or redness?

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Difficult to say if there is any connection with these habits and your back pain. Anyway, you will have to check it out medically to see what that problem is, especially if it has been around for many years. Never neglect back pain because if it can be treated early you may prevent something more sinister from happening. These habits though are of concern because they are worse in combination and by themselves too. If you think it will be difficult to quit these habits, do admit yourself to a rehabilitation center and give up both the habits in one shot. You will be very thankful you did that forever.

1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. Life-style correction 1) correct your sitting posture. 2) take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) foot should rest to floor easily. 4) take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) do neck & upper back extension.

Hello, joint pain of hand and feet has many reasons, especially common in females of your age, try with simple pain killers and get your calcium and vitamin d 3 and b12 levels checked to start with. If any of these is abnormal or simple pain killers do not provide relief, you can revert back.
